- Did your Tempur-Pedic Powerbase all of sudden stop working? It could be due to replacing a battery, a power outage, or something just went wonky. Don't worry, we explain a quick way to get it back up and running.

Pressing the button got my mattress unstuck but I still can't get the remote to work edit ok so I watch another video n got it to work i just had to hold down the up and down button on legs till it blinked twice and it worked I guess I put in some kind of child lock
Yesss I was looking for this comment and it worked for me! Yes child lock thing weird but I get it. If you sit on the remote or something it automatically puts it on the child lock. 🤷🏽♀️

Same thing here. Though I haven't gotten the remote to work... yet.
I'm having this issue, but after doing the child lock solution as well as the solution featured in the video the remote still won't sync.

That isn’t the kind of remote I have and although I paired my remote to my base, it still doesn’t work. I paid a fortune for this bed. It should work forever.
*I replaced a decent mattress **MyseIf.Furniture** with gel topper which (primarily the topper) had been getting softer more frequently. Which is, it was losing its hold I had come to appreciate and I had been rotating far more frequently than usual with the thought of it eventually serving not much purpose.*
I hate my Tempurpedic. I have so many problems that I am so tired I wish it was cheaper so I can throw it at the landfill

Don't buy one of these! They constantly change configurations and his solutions don't work. I called their direct help 800# and cannot get past robots. Trash company.
I cant get my damn bed to sync to the sleep tracker app. Anyone have any solutions? It keeps saying there is an error with the connnectionn to the bed or my phones innternet. Really frustrating
There is no button on the remote control above the batteries. It doesn’t exist.
I have a newer model (2024) and there is no box. I searched under the bed in every possible area. No box. There is the small box connected to the power cord in the wall but there is no button on that at all. It's a solid box. Is there somewhere else it would be? I have had the bed for 2 months. It worked exactly one time and then stopped working.
Did you check on the other side
The newer model doesn’t have the box. The little power box that you plug into the wall is the trick. Unplug that and then plug it back in. When the light under your bed is flashing, hit “pair” on your remote and it should sync.
I do that and still not working 😢

Where is the box? Is it easy accessible with the base down?
Yep it's easy to access with the base down or up. It's on the underside of the base, just a few inches in from the side. It'll be easier to get to if there's not a bed frame in the way.
I lost power in the TV position. How the hell do I return it to flat with no power?
My controller doesn’t stop flashing every time I press a button. I tried doing this & it’s still the same
I wish they would answer the questions people ask. I guess they don't know or ccare. Same thing on my remote.

The head lift and lower works but feet lift and lower doesn’t work. I’m so confused
What bed frame is that? I have a similar bed i just got. It didn't have a remote and I think they sent me the wrong remote.

This remote and bed comes with too many problems. Wish I could return and get my money back. $6,000 in the hole!!!
