Customer service was not a good experience the first time. Young woman I spoke with regarding continued issue with remote sounded like she would rather have been anywhere else than there. I did repeatedly reach out to your customer service department. Had to fight to get a replacement control box. Your company wanted to charge me for a new control box! It’s seems that you have issues with these boxes as so many people are experiencing their failing. Then you wanted to charge to have someone come and install it. After I insisted that it should be covered by your company I was sent a replacement control box BUT still had to pay for shipping. I then had to hire a company to come and install it. When they arrived they confirmed that they have dealt with many of these defective control boxes. I think this is a bigger problem and you should step up and make it right for your consumers. I spent many hours on phone dealing with this problem. Truly a disappointing experience.
Mine is less than 30 days old. Stopped working. Sales person told me they rarely have a problem. Guess he was not being honest. I will let you know what happens. I am on a 3 to 5 day wait for a response.

Sadly, this bed base is a piece of garbage. I have had multiple issues and I have the bed a little over one year. Very disappointed. Thank goodness I have the protection plan on it. Otherwise I would have nothing more than a really expensive stationary bed frame.

My green light is on, so it's getting power. The white light on the control box isn't lit up. I've tried all the troubleshooting tricks. No luck. I left a voice mail but after reading these comments and several on the BBB website, I'm very worried. $1500 for a base & I bought it in Sept of 2020. Have had it all of 4 months. We have a split base (as seen on video). Wife has her own control and I have mine. We bought our bed (Purple 4 mattress and bases) back in early 2019. Here we are almost 4 years later, and we have sent back/replaced the control boxes 5 times now. So, on average, once a year, we are disconnecting/talking to customer service (which has been great btw), installing and sending back the old unit. Seems to me that a new model needs to be introduced....I haven't seen control box anywhere that go out at least once a year. To top that off, I just received our last warrantied box and now my wife's side has gone out again.....6 times in 4 years??? Please tell me there is a new design?

Wow, we were taken for a ride buying these beds. I have the same issue with the control box not lighting. Customer service is all but non existent. My neighbor is having the same exact problem, which is what brought me here. I thought, how odd that 2 of us on the same street? Has to be a problem with their motors, and of course, here we are. Not going to buy another of this brand.

Based on these comments, I may be the odd one out here. I have had a split king for just under 7 years now, and I have never had to replace the control box. I am just looking for directions on recalibrating the top and bottom for each control. Worst case, I figure I can build my own controller module.

I bought mine in October of 2019 and had to replace my control box within 3 months of purchase. it lasted about 9 months and went out again. I called reverie and they gave me so much trouble to replace it under warranty I finally stopped calling them. Now I have a $3000 dollar bed frame. The warranty for free replacement is five years and I am still under that time frame but they refuse to honor it. I found that a letter to the BBB will get them moving so I suggest you start there. I can tell you from your post that it is probably the control box. It is very simple to replace (10 minutes) but very costly to buy from reverie. I hope you get the resolution that you deserve from this company. Good Luck..

Same problem as everyone else has stated. Power to the adapter but no power to the control box. Bed is a queen and was purchased 06/2019. I've emailed and called customer service multiple times this week and have still not received the courtesy of a response. Very poor customer service! I would expect a return phone call, if nothing else, acknowledging that they received my info and are aware of my problem. Looks like I will have to start calling and leaving several messages per day. 😕
Update....Once I got through and talked to a CSR, they were extremely helpful through the whole process. I got the new control box at no charge as the bed was still under warranty. I did have to pay S&H of $31.60 as it was more than 1 year out from purchase date. I got the new box within a couple days, pulled the old one off and eaily installed the new one. I plugged it into my newly purchased surge protector and it has worked perfectly ever since! Thanks Reverie!

Please let me know. Mine quit on me and I truly needed it as my husband was recently released from the hospital (from a brain aneurysm) and having him elevated was so relaxing for his condition…until it stopped working. I was told I had to by a new box at $360! I tried every video and nothing!

Found the video as our beds control box now seems completely dead. No white light, power cycled completely, no dice. Power block has green light but no white light on the control and attempts to press the button on the control box to attempt to pair are fruitless.

This is bs! I have a king side bed and I have a problem with my right side of bed which is glitching to working then, stop working to glitching then stop. Also the massage part dont work!!.. then I tried the left side of the bed which I have NEVER USED since the day I bought it and tested it back then, now that doesn't work at all!! wtf??!! How does that break and I haven't used the LEFT damn side since the day they put it in 2 years ago!! Nobody sleeps on that side!! It's brand freaking new and its broken?!! That motor has zero mileage!! And the freaking bed cost over $5k.

Even after I explained that the adjustable bed was so needed since my husband recently survived a brain aneurysm and a subsequent bleed so having his head elevated would be a blessing. They basically said so what and gave me the price of the replacement part! With one income now, I’m trying to be extra careful with budgeting so I dared to ask if they would replace it. The kicker? The replacement part only has a 90-day warranty! I will never, ever purchase anything for this company and warn anyone of their faulty products.

Yeah the reason this cut out after Dave unplugged everything then plugged it back up is most likely it didn't work. I don't know where Reverie got their electrical parts from (probably China) but they are a true peice of crap. I bought a mattresses from Purple and THOUGHT the adjustable base was a purple product as well nope it's a Reverie and 8 months later one of the two sides stops working!! Call Purple and you guessed it their reply was "not our product or problem contact Reverie" folks DO NOT BUY REVERIE PRODICTS!!!

Take it back while you still can. Reverie has a well known problem with the control box and they never last long. once you buy the base from them you will be a life long customer for control boxes at nearly $400 a piece. you can ONLY get it from reverie and this has been going on for years.
I'm not happy with the control box. it broke less than 3 yrs and it's hard to get immediate response from your company and when I did. asked for receipt and when that could not happen asked for full price instead of cut a deal to take care your customer. not only that after I paid full price found the receipt, not willing to refund nor send an additional unit since it is covered under warranty. placing policy and company made rules over customer care and support

an important video poorly filmed. the least you could do is to show exact all sides of the box under the powerbase so audience who are non technical or familiar with technical jargon at least get a good look at it and make proper check list of how to troubleshoot no light under powerbase issue even when the adaptor gets green light.
We have two Reverie bases MFG Date 20150518- 06258122 Model I-WWM9.S-2 Product Code A350-S I can not find any information on this bed. The bed came with two bases one mattress "King" and the remotes are paired to operate both bases in sync. We need to change the mattresses to singles and un-sync the controls as I am having surgery and will need to sleep in an upright position for some time during recovery. I'm having the same issue. The adapter is lit green however, the control box is not accepting the power and the white LED light isn't lit up.
Finally got through to customer service. The controller box was replaced for free thankfully.

Update....Once I got through and talked to a CSR, they were extremely helpful through the whole process. I got the new control box at no charge as the bed was still under warranty. I did have to pay S&H of $31.60 as it was more than 1 year out from purchase date. I got the new box within a couple days, pulled the old one off and eaily installed the new one. I plugged it into my newly purchased surge protector and it has worked perfectly ever since! Thanks Reverie!

Please let me know. Mine quit on me and I truly needed it as my husband was recently released from the hospital (from a brain aneurysm) and having him elevated was so relaxing for his condition…until it stopped working. I was told I had to by a new box at $360! I tried every video and nothing!

This is ridiculous! Why aren’t you guys responding? I’ve had my bed for little over a month and it stopped working!!! I see many people have replied for the same issue that I’ve been dealing with the control box white light does not kick on! Followed every step. If you guys are too lazy to reply through emails and or phone calls! Why are you guys in business! At least if your too lazy to reply make a UA-cam video to actually fix the issue. Instead of sending us too your “email”/“phone number”This company deserves to have a lawsuit against them for scamming People. I feel sorry for all of us having to deal with the sh*** company. Should’ve just spent the money and got a bed frame from a more reputable company.

Found the video as our beds control box now seems completely dead. No white light, power cycled completely, no dice. Power block has green light but no white light on the control and attempts to press the button on the control box to attempt to pair are fruitless.

I have two of these bases. My son’s working fine with no issues however mines stuck in batt mode on app. Tried all the steps and no luck. I’ve emailed and emailed with no response. Please help!

This is bs! I have a king side bed and I have a problem with my right side of bed which is glitching to working then, stop working to glitching then stop. Also the massage part dont work!!.. then I tried the left side of the bed which I have NEVER USED since the day I bought it and tested it back then, now that doesn't work at all!! wtf??!! How does that break and I haven't used the LEFT damn side since the day they put it in 2 years ago!! Nobody sleeps on that side!! It's brand freaking new and its broken?!! That motor has zero mileage!! And the freaking bed cost over $5k.
My control box stopped working and when I replied here on UA-cam it seemed like someone was going to help knowing that I already posted that because I purchased from a store that went out of business, I did not have coverage. Even after I explained that the adjustable bed was so needed since my husband recently survived a brain aneurysm and a subsequent bleed so having his head elevated would be a blessing. They basically said so what and gave me the price of the replacement part! With one income now, I’m trying to be extra careful with budgeting so I dared to ask if they would replace it. The kicker? The replacement part only has a 90-day warranty! I will never, ever purchase anything for this company and warn anyone of their faulty products.

We've had ours just over a year and one base is not working like all of yours. Green light on. Control box white button was taped over and is not lit up, even when I press and hold to reset or pair with remote. No call back but only 4 business days. Reverie please call us!!!!! My bed works (Knock on wood), and my white light was taped over too and is not lit up.. His remote works but will only find my bed not his.

Both of my control boxes have failed within 8 months of each other. This is a worthless troubleshooting video. The control module white light is not on but adaptor power is green.

My control box won’t accept power. None of these steps helped. Don’t buy any of these electronic adjustable bed frames! 👀 They are nothing more than an expensive stationery bed frame. Mine only worked a few months. Customer service wanted me to send in the entire bed which is an extreme hassle for something I spent too much money on.

Yeah the reason this cut out after Dave unplugged everything then plugged it back up is most likely it didn't work. I don't know where Reverie got their electrical parts from (probably China) but they are a true peice of crap. I bought a mattresses from Purple and THOUGHT the adjustable base was a purple product as well nope it's a Reverie and 8 months later one of the two sides stops working!! Call Purple and you guessed it their reply was "not our product or problem contact Reverie" folks DO NOT BUY REVERIE PRODICTS!!!

Take it back while you still can. Reverie has a well known problem with the control box and they never last long. once you buy the base from them you will be a life long customer for control boxes at nearly $400 a piece. you can ONLY get it from reverie and this has been going on for years.

I'm not happy with the control box. it broke less than 3 yrs and it's hard to get immediate response from your company and when I did. asked for receipt and when that could not happen asked for full price instead of cut a deal to take care your customer. not only that after I paid full price found the receipt, not willing to refund nor send an additional unit since it is covered under warranty. placing policy and company made rules over customer care and support

an important video poorly filmed. the least you could do is to show exact all sides of the box under the powerbase so audience who are non technical or familiar with technical jargon at least get a good look at it and make proper check list of how to troubleshoot no light under powerbase issue even when the adaptor gets green light.

We have two Reverie bases MFG Date 20150518- 06258122 Model I-WWM9.S-2 Product Code A350-S I can not find any information on this bed. The bed came with two bases one mattress "King" and the remotes are paired to operate both bases in sync. We need to change the mattresses to singles and un-sync the controls as I am having surgery and will need to sleep in an upright position for some time during recovery. Can someone send me the information I need to un-sync the remotes on the basis?
