      Thanks heaps for the reply I just realised my two favourite doctors named Eric
      Interesting video very interesting
      And I understood it perfectly
      Now if You don’t mind I want to ask another question so for me to get rid of the candida because I think I do have it , and I might been having it for long time but I didn’t know it ,any way my question is , which is better for the body if I take the medication for the Candida or if I get my body to fight the candida by it self and help my body by trying to have a good diet and relax and exercise , same with the enzymes for good digestive system should I take enzymes or let my body do it and I help my body again by good diet etc . these are the two subjects that I hear doctors talk about and both opinions have it’s very making since theory thanks again
      I appreciate your time and help and videos
      And I’m about to buy your products because so far it’s the best in the market
      I’m just stuck on that last question

      You don't need products to get well, but if you take a few quality products like CanXida AND you have the lifestyle and diet correct (like I have outlined on this You Tube channel) , it will get you better a lot faster and more efficiently. Recovery will be fast tracked for sure, we have seen this with thousands of people sine the launch of CanXida.

    Over the past year or so, I have learned to appreciate your youtube posts, and respect your authenticity and generosity, Dr. Eric. A year ago August was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Changed diet, and because of where God has me living, plus a giving son, miraculously got Rife, silver, gold, dmso, ozone therapies, and a full hysterectomy in May, even though I have no insurance. Now I am looking for ways to maintain health w/out paying for and undergoing ghastly medical testing. Do have itching at front sides of neck, foggy vision, and a few other symptoms, so today decided to download your book. Soon will order the 3 months-worth of products. THANK YOU. BLESS YOU AND YOURS.

    • @canxida
      @canxida  5 років тому +16

      I agree - but it all depends on the state on the person's microbiome. IMHO, kefir is the suspect one for sure, with kombucha coming in as a second suspect contender. Both are ferments. Yogurt (a culture) is often acceptable by many.

    In Canada, we have (here in Quebec, perhaps in other places of the world too) Oil of Oregano C9. You take 2 drops mixed with water, very well mixed, since the oil can be an irritant to the throat. When I have a severe infection, I use that. Every 2 hours, no more than times a day. It dissipates and aleviates symptoms completely, or almost. When the infection is really bad, I also take goldenseal tincture, it's also mild enough to put topically. It's the ONLY thing I put topically if I do. I can also take cranberry capsules. It makes urine less acid, so it burns less.
    I'd add to this as a little tip, before trying fermented dairy, to check if that may be the cause of your candida. I am dairy intollerant, both protein mollecules Lactic acid is the wort for me, but whey powder, milk, cream, butter, I can't have any of it. It gives me yeast infections among other reactions depending on the quantity. Lactic acid can find its way into many products, so check the ingredients. I've lived with this allergy since birth, but friends who want to check, just in case, usually go 0 days to two weeks with no dairy.
    I will definitely add some of these foods to my list of things to take regularly and especially when I have a yeast infection.

      Black beans are fine, so are lentils, chickpeas, etc. Soak the beans overnight, throw the water away any the following day cook until just tender in clean water. Try not to use "canned" beans. The dried ones are best.

    Nice info. I've been eating raw garlic and raw ginger, with my meal, for a few days and it has helped my digestion issues. Powerful stuff! I was thinking of adding apple cider vinegar but I'm worried it will make my minor yeast issue worse. I hear conflicting info about a.c.v. And yeast.

    • @doublewyde420
      @doublewyde420 2 роки тому +15

      I know this is old but you you shouldn't worry about yeast being activated/exacerbated by vinegar as long as the vinegar is alive. The Braggs brand is what you want. Make sure it has mother culture. The only reason it wouldn't be a good idea is if you're eating a lot of sugars or drinking alcohol. That's when the vinegar bacteria starts working to transform thensugars/alcohols into more acetate, which would likely raise your acid level causing damage/heartburn/Gerd symptoms. It will essential start fermentation in your stomach and those are burps you don't want. As long as you're watching your intake of things that feed bacteria more than they fees you, small amounts should be okay. Dilute it !

    If you want to get rid of that 'farty' smell on the brussel sprouts, use sweet marjoram with them! I don't know why that always works but it does. Doubtless you'll be able to explain it better than I could.
    I had a friend over years ago who said he hated brussel sprouts so I was confident I was going to have a big dish of brussel sprouts, in a sour cream and bacon sauce, :) mostly to myself. I was wrong! There was almost none left for me. The guest said there was a taste he didn't like and somehow I'd taken it out. There was a lot of marjoram in that sauce. It's one of my favorite herbs, especially with brassicas, food containing a lot of sulfur. By the way, you are totally charming.

    All natural foods are good for you in the right quantities, Processed foods are a mine field and usually contain extracts of natural plants refined to an extent that equates to unnatural substances that are at best not doing you any good at worst slowly making you ill. You need a balance of things in food but spooning some thing that is good for you down your throat in great quantity can do a lot more harm than good. Trace elements should be trace, natural enzymes should be in natural amounts. Remember your body needs arsenic to be healthy but you would be unwise to use more than occurs naturally. Enjoy your food have fun with different flavours, read labels and learn all the different names given to hidden sugar.

    I have been experiencing skin issues for over a year. I also have leaky gut and diverticulitis flare ups. Drinking almond milk smoothies withe the following added to it, a scoop of green powder, tbl spoon of turmeric, ceylon cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger. My hands have become red and itchy in spots, very intense at times. I watched a video about hand eczema and the doc on that one said there are something in all of those ingredients that cause that. Plus it’s in sweet potatoes and some nuts. In a way I hope that's the problem because I want this affliction to disappear. I laid off all of those ingredients today and will for a week.

    don’t eat spinach, especially cooked spinach or at least not much at all. if you can stay away from spinach, then stay away.
    spinach has the highest levels of oxalates. anything over 10mg is considered high in that respect. spinach has 1510mg. yes 1510, so don’t eat it if you don’t have to. very low oxalates is good, but i was eating a lot of spinach, i though i was popeye. i would make spinach salad with apples, and also put a bunch in a smoothies everyday. the problem is when you stop eating high oxalate diet, your body goes into shock.
    massive side effects, very nasty side effects.
    look it up. don’t take my word for it, so look it up.
    all i know is what i went thru, and i don’t wish it on anyone. especially those that are already struggling from chronic issue like candida. why add to the pain. please do the research in spinach. i know everyone says it’s good for you, as well as your nonna.
    that’s why i was eating it like a goat. well i paid a very high price.
    spinach has the highest oxalates at 1510, then rhubarb at 1082, then okra at 1014, then raw spinach at 656, then beet greens at 500, then red swiss chard at 420. remember that anything over 10 is high, so this list i just gave you is way way over the top.
    do the research.
    Take care of your body, it’s the only one you’ll get.
    Ciao !

Candida confuses vit.C with glucose in your blood and thrives on it. The chemical formulas of clucose and ascorbic acid are very similar, that is why candida confuses them. I had read about that fact in some researche article, but twice forgot the fact and now I am suffering the consequence again.

    Dear sir , I am Egyptian female , and I suffer from yeast infection , I started the candida diet after I failed to cure it by doctors prescribed antibiotics like " Fluconazole" and "Terconazole " also vaginal Creams containing Terconazole had made me suffer from terrible Etching and burning sensation , so I started candida diet and eliminated all sugars , refined carbs , fruits and everything you suggested , my question is about "Probiotics" , here in Egypt these products as in pill form are not handy , and very rare to find , so I managed to find a product called " Puritan's Pride" Probiotic Acidophilus 100 million Active lactobacillus Acidophilus , other ingredients : Dicalcium Phosphate, Gelatin, Silica, vegetable Magnesium stearate , and on the bottle its written to take one (1) capsule daily , so my question is this Dose all right ?

      Greetings Janet, I would recommend you finish off your current probiotic at the rate specified on the container and then seriously consider the CanXida range of products, they were designed for people just like you and all three are complementary to each other. Please check out www.canxida.com I'm sure they ship to Egypt. If you are making little progress or have a recurring problem, then consider an online Skype consultation, your condition is one I have specialized in for a long time. All the best.

      @Janet Eshika - You live in Middle East you have plenty of natural Probiotic foods to eat from without needing to buy supplements. Yogurts and Pickles is super good for probiotics. You know how in restaurants they give you a small dish full of Pickled cucumbers/carrots or pickled cabbages, and so on? This is great source for probiotics. Labana is also good (Cultured cow yogurt/milk). And I love Pickled Turnips (Name is Lift in Arabic) Eat all those instead of buying supplements and good luck.

      If probiotic supplements are hard for you to find or afford, conciser increasing your intake of fermented and cultured foods (which he mentions above) as they will provide you with a natural source of probitoics. Great sources are kefir, non dairy yogurt, tempeh, sauerkraut (cultured and refrigerated not done in vinegar), miso (great in soups), kimchi, cultured vegetables. These foods consumed daily can provide a therapeutic dose of probiotic very easy for the body to absorb.protocols.

    The only thing I eat yesterday was pa D’arco tea with ginger apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon (throughout they day) 2 large ripe avocados, steamed spinach/broccoli with raw garlic, and unsweetened coconut shavings. I have stage 3 Candida overgrowth and can see the Tinea Viescolor coming back. The coconut shavings have 1 gram of sugar I see, but I thought they were okay. I’ve been following all of your advice, but I’m starting to feel like I can’t eat anything anyone without it coming back. It’s frustrating to see on your skin when your Candida has been fed. 😫

      Apple Cider Vinegar is the only vinegar that doesn't feed yeast but in fact kills it! You always need to dilute it though, so go with 1 teaspoon in a glass of water 3 times a day.

    My tongue has been white for 5 years. I’ve tried everything. Started taking centrum silver and after one day I was able to brush 90% of it off.
    Instructions
    I took only one pill as directed.
    However I used a second pill and put it into about 2 inches of water in a Poland springs bottle and shook it until the pill was pretty much dissolved. I then took that solution and kept it in my mouth for about 10-15 minutes. Next day I brushed my tongue and my tongue is 90% back to normal. The pills are about $14 at cvs. Good luck!

    What about FODMAPS? I was following an anti-candida diet and still not feeling well. My doctor put me on a low fodmap diet in addition to the anti-candida and I'm feeling much better. However, a lot of the foods that you mention (coconut, cruciferous vegetables, garlic, and fermented foods) are all High FODMAP foods!

    • @canxida
      @canxida  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks for your comment Amy. FODMAPS may work well for you, but it doesn't work well for many. I've seen plenty of people over the years that just didn't feel well at all on this tough dietary approach. The foods I recommend suit many people, even those folks who were told they were "forbidden" foods to eat, a true story. There are so many reasons why FODMAPS just doesn't suit everybody. But if it works for you then it's great!

    • @ToBreatheEasy
      @ToBreatheEasy 3 роки тому

      @@canxida High FODMAP foods don't work for me which is why I avoid them. They can cause issues not only for those fighting Candida but SIBO or SIFO as well. There is science behind low FODMAP diet but not for an Anti-Candida diet.
