I just made this bread, it turns out inside so soft & outside a bit crispy. The measurements just exactly like on the recipe. No regret waiting so long for the proofing & lamination.

So I did make this and can vouch the recipe is good. Mine turned out as good as shown and I'll keep this recipe in my arsenal because it's soooo YUMMY. So thank's heaps to the uploader. We ate one fresh and I froze the other. I put the frozen one in my air fryer (still frozen) @ 190C degrees for 5 minutes and the glazing had in part crystalised and turned whitish and found that added layer of crispness to the outside was even better.

今天尝试了,味道很棒!感谢Lisa!超喜欢炼乳和黄油综合起来的奶香味!在澳洲买不到这种面包呢!很开心!我用的是bread mix,家里没有厨师机,用bread maker代替,选了dough模式揉面,揉出来的面团非常粘手,想着第一次尝试哪怕失败也做到底吧,然后中间又错误的把面团放冷藏而非freezer,后来第二次折叠才改正过来。冷冻过的面团容易折叠操作,但仍然很粘,虽然撒了面粉仍然都粘在面板上。废了九牛二虎之力总算完成所有操作。烘培出来后的成品出乎意料外,并没有那么糟糕。虽然松软不足,但是味道很喜欢!感谢Lisa!请问一下,我的面团过黏问题,是否因为我用了bread mix以及揉面过程不当?是否bakers flour 以及厨师机揉面,才是必胜必胜关键?谢谢!
我觉得可能还是和bread mix有关,这些面包预调粉里含有其他材料, 而且每种面粉的吸水性不同, 说明您这个预调粉比较吸水所以导致很黏。 下次如果还是用预调粉,可以预留10-15克水先不要倒入,等低速搅拌时看看面团软硬情况再缓缓加入。

种草好久,昨天终于拔了! 用牛奶代替了水和奶粉,厨师机揉面时间远多于 教程,可能是面团偏硬的原因。 总之样子不完美,味道很完美!成功!
用牛奶之后面团搅拌时间的确也会加长一点,而且每个厨师机搅拌时间都会不同,我这个仅作参考。

Yes, as for the dough, you can either freeze or chill in fridge. Freeze for 20 mins or chill in fridge for about 30 mins.

写在这里只为自己能记住,看来丹麦的温度不够,我在烤箱里发了两个小时没发起来,包了保鲜膜放在暖气上又发了1小时,然后烤箱里170度20分钟+195度5分钟❤然后就成功了 🤣

是的,一方面放面团表面更光亮,一方面也增加一点甜味。 如果室温高于22度或以上,面团放入冷冻冰格里20分钟会比较容易操作。 如果室温低于20度, 面团放入冷藏柜(牛油雪柜)也可。 主要是让面团稍微硬一点容易操作,否则黄油会变软不容易操作。
