This man is almost 2 decades older and using her money to get a car and a house and refused to put her name on the items. She needs to learn to not hand over her life to be controlled.
The update stated her name was added to the deed. That man works 16 hours a day and loves the hell out of her and that baby. If she can’t work with that then she’s a fool.
@@markydan1232, That's great! I'm happy for them. BUT she shouldn't have had to come to court for a judge to encourage him to put her name on property she paid for including a home which is a large asset. If things didn't work out, she'd be screwed if they weren't married. He didn't tell her to wait until they were married to put HIS name on the deed though. Smh. This says a lot about his integrity. No oversight and her money but these things are linked to him ONLY. He doesn't seemed to be a terrible dude, but the fact that he was had taken her money, but failed to include her as an equal party was fishy as hell. Glad that things ended up better and that both parties listened to Judge Toler.
@@terraroyal9661 I agree on that. If she invested in the property and he's committed to her then she should have been had her name on the deed. He does that to keep hold leverage in the situation whether it's intentional or not. But outside of that this is a good dude. That wasn't a very long list of complaints and he fixed the biggest complaint when he got home. He can't do better than that
He needs to stop playing around and add her name to that deed. It might not be intentional but that’s his way of keeping leverage and control until they get married. Other than that if one of your only complaints is that “he loves my baby too much” you got yourself a good dude 😂
If that symbol of independence was so important to her, why was she depending on someone else to give it to her? She needs to learn to stand on her own feet. The 1st destination in that car should've been an orthodontist 😵💫

For anyone who is wondering... You do not have to have a DL to own a car nor to insure a car. You also dont even have to own a car to have insurance. Its called non-owned auto insurance. Whoever owns the car has what's called 'insurable interest' in the car. So for instance, let's say I have a disability that causes me to not be able to drive. I buy a car with my money and register the vehicle in my name. Therefore I become the registered legal owner of the car.. As the owner now have insurable interest in the car and I get insurance on the asset that I own. I can add other drivers to my auto insurance, namely maybe a caretaker or family member who regularly drives my car to transport me around. Insurance is about protecting an asset and protecting your liability. You don't even need a license to be a covered driver on an insurance policy. The language on most insurance policies is anyone who as your permission to drive your car is covered, unless specifically excluded. However an insurance company can decline to add a driver without a license (by their own standards) but there is nothing in the law that requires a license to own or insure a car. Also if you are financing a car, the finance company may have an issue, but most likely won't care. They only care that the asset is protected by insurance. The dealership, to protect their liability, may want see someone with a license drive off in the car. The law only requires a license to drive.
This woman is straight up fool. All her money but all his property. Lady, listen to Myles J, Ive been a fool. She doesn't get it. As soon as he took her money and didnt put the car in her name, and then said you don't have no car, he shoud've been out the door. If you wanna be a door mat then lay down. No need to stand up.
That's not true my son did a private sale and bought his car and took the title to the insurance place and they gave him insurance with his permit only you can buy a vehicle without a driver's license you can't go to a car lot and do it with a car note but private sale you can purchase a vehicle

If I buy the house, your name is not going on it till we married a few years. We can always buy a home together, which would have both our names on it.
I'm not even through the whole episode.... follow your instincts ma'am. You didn't come out of the other side of all of that to not pay attention to the red flags.

Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her
i have been in such a situation. i love my woman and unfortunately we separated about two years ago, but i could not let her go, so i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back, now we are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.

I love how calm and non-combative these litigants are. They seem like good people with fixable problems.
how yall saving up money… that’s HER school money😂😂😂😂

I can’t get over the “you know” its so bad that I can’t even finish the episode. She’s too old for that to be part of her vocabulary
She really needs to get informed and not hand over money until her rights are protected. I think that he knows and is doing these things on purpose.
He’s a snake and she better get smart, handle the business first and leave his sneaky ass
I just love this judge 😂😂😂
He should pay her for using her car
He weak .... Run

Anyone want to count the "You knows? I want to know how much I'd get if I got $5 for every time that was said. 🙄
“mmmmk” 😂
8 :04 into this & I gotta go. This is ridiculous. Giving some broke old user Power over her money & possessions. I can't BYE 👋
Sometimes therapy will help with these issues instead telling the next man cause he used her and controlled her money and assets.

im glad this had a good ending
She clearly need therapy u right back in that controlling situation so no your not being independent still being controlled girl
He’s nasty.
He knew exactly what he was doing. ?????????????????????????
IDT you have to have a D.L. TO buy a car! 🤔. You do however have to have a D.L. TO GET INSURANCE.

Not excusing the man on everything, but the woman is a goalpost mover.
She can't drove it why complain and maybe she stay single
What does a 46 year old want with a 31 year old? That is so not cute! Find people more close enough to your age
They are both adults. This is not the first couple with an age gap. As long as both are over 21, I don't see the problem. 🤔
Y’all just say anything. They’re both as hell. If he was 56 then I might agree.
What???
That's a dumb statement
@@robinnelson18No, that's pretty much a real statement, so you should shut up
I’m just Jo
I’m judge Toler returning 😊 ? or this is just for marketing ?
This is season 19, being re-posted to make more money.
Judge Toler isn't coming back. Judge Star is the new judge.
So no more judge Mablean episodes?

wow, please how did you get a spiritual adviser, and how do i reach him?
Dr Ben Spell Castle is the advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment
you can look his name up online and you will find all you need.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for his full name and his website popped up after scrolling a bit.
