    The case with the daughter so boldly speaking to hold her mom accountable, I absolutely admire her. I have a similar relationship with my own mom where she will lie through her teeth and with no abandon as if she's the victim in everything and always cries about how everyone else against her - even with several people saying the same things and police reports and documented accounts to back up the truth.
    I am happy this woman had the platform to call out the horrible behavior her mom had to try to bring out the reality of everything. Some people just don't know how to be a parent, and I'm so sorry for all those children in the same spot that had to grow from the pain their parents dragged them through.

      When the mother said "She doesn't remember right" and "What's wrong with your mind?" That was enough for me. I heard that all my life growing up and still doubt my memory. But I was remembering correctly, she was trying to hide the truth and not be accountable.
      She's old, in a care home, dying. I told my brother not to call when she dies and definitely don't ask me to speak at her service (which I'm not attending)
      I've called her once this year. Twice last year. She ALWAYS starts out with "I was thinking of you and was about to call you".
      I've forgiven her ... for me, not her. I don't hate her. I'm not angry with her. I have no feelings towards her.
      Like the saying goes "The opposite of love isn't hate, it's apathy".
      It's a very comfortable place to be.

      @AllHailKingRose 21 день тому

      @ no she doesn’t control her own body or haven’t you heard that she’s not even allowed to terminate a pregnancy in many states? In a lot of these cases, the men are denying the children for absolutely no reason other than to be a deadbeat. They say they believe the woman is cheating as an excuse, but never produce any evidence of it. You just choose to believe that’s the case for every single case, when we’ve actually seen that it isn’t. Either way, you should try to hold men accountable as much as you do women, instead of being s3xist about it. A bunch of these men are 304s and even cheating on their wives, but you take no issue with that. Typical.

    How did this experiment go for her? Does she now love herself more, after cheating on him for so many years, and then lying about it?
    Is she now "healed"? Because it certainly does not look like she loves herself at all in this episode. She is completely full of guilt, shame and distress because of years of lying and cheating.
    She now has LESS love for herself after all of this destructive behavior. Mission failed. And you gained nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Because you now hate yourself for your past actions.

    (James 4:7) Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Resist is a verb, an action word. You have something to do about your situation. You have to quote scripture, pray, take thoughts captive, worship and resist the devil, the battlefield is in your mind. -Kathy Degraw
