I would like them to open, long snapper as a position. I would like something harder than pro but easier than all Madden. I would like to be able to know who I drafted in the draft. I would like different announcers depending on the game Thursday, Sunday and Monday nights
I would really like actual NFL rules, like a personal foul on a TD assessed on the try or kick off. Also updated roster rules with PS call ups, vet PS slots, emergency QBs and an active/inactive roster.
I wanna see NFC & AFC championship celebrations. Also maybe a trophy hall for team and player trophies. Maybe the coach has a big ring on his finger and opening night a banner celebrating the championship being put up
I would love to play as an offensive lineman. But you know, EA's dev team doesn't have the knowledge to actually incorporate that into the game. It will actually take work, which is something that they don't like.
I want created team, full coaching staffs that are customizable, updated terminology, more depth in franchise mode that included position battles, more offseason drills, new articles that reflect the franchise and the draft. Get different scoreboards base on different broadcast, Also allow mods on console. Let’s get manning cast in the game
Excellent list, especially love dynamic weather. Madden has done little to use the power of next gen systems from graphics to cpu intelligence to dynamic things like that. It’s sad to see
i think better D would be good. every game ends in 38 to 35 49 vs 41 WTF i really hate it every QB makes 70% complete pass 3 TD etc we need more defensive games like 13 - 3 or like the last superbowl 22 - 25. sometimes it´s hard to score but in madden is too fucking easy to score even with shitty team like panthers
Coaching carousel, it was in NCAA forever. Start as a coordinator or HC at a small school and then get offered jobs with other schools. Such a cool feature. Also an NFL 2k style halftime and post-game show updated for next gen. As for the stadium crowds, bring back the crowds leaving the stadium if the team is getting blown out. They used to have this in Madden, it was a cool feature
A source who has modded madden said that there is old code in madden from games like dead space and fight night. The frostbite engine needs to get scrapped for a new engine. As long as madden and ea uses frostbite it won’t be a good game.
It’s honestly about that time madden starts mocapping either ACTUAL NFL players or some dudes who actually have the talent to play at a pro level. Practice squad players should mo cap for every position. Player movement looks so robotic and clunky. There bo fluidity in route running or how RBs run. The throwing motions don’t look as smooth and crisp. NBA 2k does it idk why madden doesn’t.
I want to see the focus shift away from global gameplay metas to individual refinements and player uniqueness. That would create more variety in games and strongly enhance team building. If or when EA starts to mention this as being a focus I will start buying the game again. In the franchise side; really need to add more advanced injury system with wear and tear aspects, massive overhaul to coaching carousal, scouting and scenario engine, better fog of war elements and more dynamic player rating and a much more immersive draft. NEED TO SEE MUCH BETTER BALANCE OF RISK/REWARD ON DECISIONS MADE THROUGHOUT YOUR FRANCHISE. All of the small potato features such as better crowds, better selection of hand towels and new features are completely worthless to me until the foundation has more purpose.
Would also like to see league expansion up to 40 teams -- one extra per division. NBA 2K has this feature, adding created teams to either add to or replace teams. Allows greater creativity...
