@240 fps, 4 frames are averaged into 1 frame, thus creating a blur effect and making the frame rates higher than 60 seem smoother, even in a 60fps video.

curious fact: frame blending exists, the file is 60 fps because it was rendered from 360 fps, the frames are combined together to create the illusion of higher framerate

There's an fps limit in UA-cam player , it might be 60 or 120fps idk ( probably 120,144,165,240,360fps won't be different to 60 in most people's devices because of the previous reason and the frequency of everyone's screen )

You can't actually tell the difference if you're on a 60 hertz screen and get higher than 60 frames per second because your display is limiting how many frames are being displayed by the hertz on your display so if you're displa is 60 hertz you can only display 60 fps and lower but if you display is 144 hertz ot could display 144 fps and lower
Actually Even On A 360hz Screen It Will Still Max Out At 60hz Because UA-cam. See In Settings Max Is 1440p60
