brickboy8503 I'm not sure but my best guess is that their referencing a tf2 video by rtgaming. Where he goes through all the clickbaity youtube trends exclusive to TF2. It's called the bestTF2 video you will ever see.
brickboy8503 so Peterscraps was playing on a community server and Muselk was on the same server recording a video on a valve rocket launcher plug-in, and Muselk killed him with the rocket launcher so his name showed up on the kill feed, and some viewers saw it and commented: "Is that Peterscraps in the video?".
note: I accidentally deleted this 3 times and I had to rewrite it all.
