Me and some random people played some Wave 666. Our team was: Scout, Soldier(Me), Heavy, Sniper(he had the most damage), Demoman, and a Pyro We didn't have a Medic or Engineer but we somehow won. Just crit canteens.
sounds easy ngl sniper can carry 80% of the entire mission heavy is great for crit hell soldier and demoman can spam crit canteens to high heaven on the tanks scout gets money and milks giants for sniper pyro is a good distraction and damage dealer the only worrying part would be the scout rushes
So, a black box buff banter soldier, a brass beast heavy, a engie with FJ and a mini sentry upgrade, backburner and gaspasser pyro, a soldier with the Airstrike load out, and a hitman jarate bushwacka sniper

I only play WAVE 666 because that's where I believe the most competent mvm players outside of mann up are found. Because of this I think I have a pretty good idea on how to complete it, so a pro tip from me: when dealing with medic bots, giant or normal sized. It's up to the explosive classes to pop a crit canteen and drop the crazy Germans with fat crits that completely bypass the activation point (the minimum health value medic bots must reach before they can use uber). This has been a mvm informational short by yours trully.
+Gamer Dude The firing speed upgrade is kind of broken past the first tick, so I usually don't get it until I have spare credits. Upgrading the Rescue Ranger in MvM is extremely useful for survival, I've found.
I remember when I was engi in wave 666 everyone else was defending the bomb near spawn and I was killing the robots I got surrounded by spy robots and it looked like a casual team

Community MvM is also filled with fairly experienced players aside from Wave 666 or Expert modes, so perhaps try and check em out
