Could you please tell me which is the ideal month to plant the calla lily bulbs? I have purchased some bulbs in Oct, but they have not sprouted. Do I wait few months till Feb/ Mar before I plant it or should I plant right away. Will appreciate if you could clarify.
Hello, maam I am from MP I sowed these 2 bulbs in the 2 nd week of December. It's been 1 month now I can see only white thing coming up to soil. But not feeling whether it is growing or not. I keep the pot under morning sunlight till 11 am.
Sometimes it happens due to some kinda dormancy or quality of bulb, mine also did not flower this year, next year surely these will flower don't worry, keep them in the same pot put less water or you can put them out and repot in September with sufficient nutrients

Keep bulbs onto the moist sand tray and wait for the sprouting, ideally winter is the season for calla lilies
