Broken License plate lights

Failed my state inspection because my license plate lights were not functioning! It turns out it wasn't a bad bulb. The housings were rusted beyond use. I replaced with the cheapest lights I could find locally. Harbor Freights had the cheapest license plate lights I could get my hands on. I ask about the hood scoop looking for feedback.
