Look at that house and how many nice cars are parked in the driveway. This is your typical 4runner owner. Like many things in life, it's the simple things that matter the most to people like your parents. You're too young to realize it's the privacy, and longevity, that's the real luxury in 2024. This car won't snitch you to your insurance company, it's not filming you while you pick your nose. it's just a solid reliable car.
I will admit this has served many miles and I don’t know how many owners, but this does not just spotlight JUST this 4Runner. It highlights all of them.
Even though I criticize this car, I do the same to the cars I own. My whole channel isn’t about this though. I also never plan to own a car that’s more that 5 years older then me😂
@@MalaiseEra when you grow up you’ll learn that lots of things were built better before you were born. That’s not intended as an insult, it’s a prediction
“ ..combined that with a 3,000lb weight…” dreaming? aaa sorry but the 94 v6 4wd weights about 4k(more than one source). Which is a lot for engine with no low end torque and measly 150ponies(don’t forget the insulting mpg figures)My ex 92 Camry 2.2auto with 3000lb 130hp 145lb had a more civilized ratio, but it was doomed by the infamous Toyota nemesis called Midwest salt.

Complaining about a vehicle that has served over 300k miles is not a worthwhile endeavor.

This kid old enough to drive?
Good review!!!
Hard to take seriously the criticisms of a person who is younger than the vehicle he is reviewing. That sort of speaks to the value of the vehicle.

@@tab3Gator Things WERE built better. That’s why 50 year old cars are still on the road today. EVs last 10 years tops and budget cuts took over.
