  • Recipe:
    4 large eggs
    100g cake flour (type 8)
    90g (100g) sugar (adjust depending on desired sweetness)
    1/2 tsp cream of tartar (or 1 tsp lemon juice)
    25g vegetable oil
    1/3 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Cake mold: diameter = 16cm
    Bake using a water bath.
    Baking temperature and time vary depending on the power and heat intensity of each oven:
    - Large oven (80L): Bake at 130°C for 40 minutes.
    - Small ovens (45L-35L): Bake at 150-155°C for 45-50 minutes.
