I’ve learned to be careful at your restaurants because you have a much more refined palate than I do. I have been going out of my comfort zone more and more. I’ve become a huge sushi fan after eating them done very well. I love wagyu, it’s so tender. Your reviews are amazing. The mashed potatoes at ultra lavish restaurants are always done with all that butter. All the dishes at bazaar meats are absolutely beautiful.

We've tried Bazaar Meat's Restaurant Week tasting menu twice in the past three years, and each visit was a memorable dining experience. Now we'll have to go for this $300 tasting menu in the near future to see how it compares with the fantastic 18-course tasting menu at Joel Robichaud (MGM Grand), where our 50th-anniversary dinner set us back $1,100 for two including tax and gratuity, but no alcohol. Robichaud pioneered the butter-laden mashed potatoes that some places serve, and the server at Bazaar Meats told us their mashed potatoes are a tribute to the late, great Robichaud.

James 1st and foremost I agree 100% that Bizaare Meats is the best steak house hands down. Jose is all that you said and more. As a Chef myself I must say I'm a big Fan. I just couldn't help but notice the bar top counter. I thought that was sub-par and extremely off putting. It was old, chipped, stained, in general tacky, and borderline disgusting. Imideatly what comes to mind is that I would have folded into quarters and pressed in advance a stack of crisp white or black 52 inch tablecloths to be placed on the bar soon after you/anyone announced you were going to dine. You know what I mean, like when the bartender puts down a napkin in front of you to place your cutlery and plates on. Nice to see the subs ticking up!

I thought the same thing - they could easily change it. I believe it's remained on purpose- perhaps to coincide with the brute, unrefined , antithetical nature of the venue.

I did notice on their website that they have a $125 vegetarian tasting menu as well. If they also create a vegan tasting menu, I'd ABSOLUTELY come! I'm pretty sure Andres wouldn't disappoint if he tried that given he does have some plant-based options at a couple of his other Vegas restaurants like China Poblano. 🙂
