With so many great Steakhouses in Vegas this is one that has slipped by me. Definitely need to go. The food looked tremendous 😋 As far as where you should eat next... I've been telling you Delmonico's for a few years
A memory-of-a-lifetime-meal ! And you did it justice. What a generous, talented and kind chef who took a liking to your party - smart man too :-)! This video has me sold on trying that Fi ribeye with the extra outer crunch - yum !!! You had the best reaction when you tried it - fork down and swoon. Thank you for this enjoyable and delightful video !!!
You only have to meet Chef Robert once to love him! Chef Robert took care of us for our son‘s 21st birthday, via our MGM Host. What a spread he provided. I was able to enjoy Chef Robert’s food in August. Such a fantastic experience every time!!
The food looked great and thanks for telling us the meal was not comped most people never tell us if their meals are or not so it's appreciated we'll catch you on the next video
Thanks Matthew. We were there earlier this month. Really great experience. Staff were all amazing and the food was on point. We have only tried a couple of restaurants in Vegas more than once....Jean Georges may be added to that short list.
I’ve always heard great things about Jean Georges, though I yet to have the pleasure. Your reactions tell the story. Food looked absolutely amazing too. Thanks for taking us along!
One of my absolute favorites in Vegas. Have had some GREAT meals there. F1 Wagyu is usually a crossbreed of 50% Wagyu & 50% of something else (usually Black Angus). I love it. For an American style steak this is a awesome cut.
Everything looked awesome! I need to go back and try more. The bacon wrapped shrimp and carpaccio were both so good. I want to try the octopus next time, I only skipped it because I'd already had 🐙 at Amalfi and Emerils that week. Now I'm sad I missed it. Next time. For those who enjoy cocktails, they applied the same approach to complex flavours in the ones I had. Another great fooood videoooooo Mathew! 🥳
I stayed at Aria for my 60th back in 2020. During Covid. This restaurant was insane. I had the Ribeye and the mashed potatoes. Along with other stuff they recommended. And that same desert you’re having. Amazing spot.
Wow! that looked so fancy/High class and expensive. I'm glad you and your upset enjoyed it. It was difficult to see the deserts. I think I'll try Oscar's first.
You're good at reviewing restaurants in Vegas I guess if you really want to get 100,000 subscribers to your say hi to Matthew I would do more restaurants because you are without a doubt one of the best and you really enjoy food
I see why you left plump!🤣 I tried the Kobe at Bazaar Meat and meatbutter is a great description! I prefer white truffle mac n cheese to black truffle. It was a seconds and thirds side! The charred ribeye looked amazing as did the Octopus! The dessert Charcuterie Board was a nice add-on!
Love the video the deserts looked amazing the mac and cheese looked really good the steak like looked really good but prefer mine cooked way more!! Thanks for the video review!
I haven't had a meal at Jean Georges in a while, but I remember their food was amazing. Have you done a video at Prime Steakhouse yet? I think that's my favorite Steakhouse on the Strip. Also, I was just in Vegas and had a meal at Wakuda, it's amazing!
@@jimklemens5018 Thanks for that info Captain Obvious. I know they're both belonged to Jean-Georges and I asked Mathew if had been to the one at the Bellagio which is called Prime Steakhouse. I assume you ate at both locations? If you did then you know both locations have different menus.
Posted 10 days ago and I'm just now watching it. Watched it twice since last night. I really need to consider switching my upcoming steakhouse reservation to Jean Georges. I want that heavy char on the F1 Ribeye!
Ive been there many times, love it! I order steak Pittsburgh Rare Plus, puts a nice char on it. If you haven't tried it yet, I like Bavette's at Park MGM a lot too.
I don’t care about big houses expensive clothing watches vacations cars hobbies but food you have to have so why not the best your living my dreams bro keep it up
hi matthew my wife and i watch you on utube we saw you with pomsie at casino woodbine sorry to say woodbine does not come close to a vegas casino to crodwed and not great places to eat it is more of greed no space to walk around only in middle where tables are but hey great to see you on utube going to vegas at end of febuary maybe see you ther take care
F1 wagyu isnt worth it as it is not purebred wagyu ,its crossbred with another breed ,A5 wagyu is only one worth eating and you only want small amount of wagyu as it is so rich and fatty

Love how honest you are with your food videos. 🎉

Oh! I forgot to mention your _Looney Toons_ _"Hassan Chop!"_ swordknife you picked!🤣😂
😂😂
Bone marrow is meat butter.
Charcuterie is cured pork products and has nothing to do with dessert.
Love the video the deserts looked amazing the mac and cheese looked really good the steak like looked really good but prefer mine cooked way more!! Thanks for the video review!
im staying at vdara this fall, im super hyped that this steakhouse is so close by and i cant wait to book my resi
That all looked amazing 😋 so nice how they brought you out some ribcap and dessert as well now that’s service
Looks awesome! Is the picking of your knife (7:55) similar to Carversteak? Do they come around and let each person select what they want to use?
Yup
This has been on my list for Vegas. Definitely have to try it

Still need to try prime
Prime is a Jean-Georges steakhouse.

Omg everything looked amazing 👏 ❤
Looks Delicious Matthew
This looks incredible. I think I have to try the octopus just from your face when you tasted it! 😊
This and Milos are the best octopus i had!
Well done! I like how you keep it real.
Always!

Wow! Just wow. So amazing
It sounded 👍 good, but a little expensive for my budget but it was a great video keep up the good work someday I want to try call Amara
This place looks amazing! Not a bad price for such an experience.
I want an invite to 1 of these fancy Dinners 1 day.
Whooooooooooooaaa ❤that lace!!!!
Love ❤️ this place we go here alot
Food looks amazing 👍🏽
Well done Matthew.👍
That looked AMAZING!! Better than Oscars your favourite?
Oscar’s my number one for overall food price vibe staff
This one is top 5 for sure
Glad you enjoyed it and went out of your comfort zone. Was the food so rich that you started that diet while in Vegas?
Nice Steak House!
great video
My favourite Steak House in Vegas is still Oscars!
I don’t care about big houses expensive clothing watches vacations cars hobbies but food you have to have so why not the best your living my dreams bro keep it up
Off topic question, but what is Leo going to be for Halloween this year? Headed there for Thanksgiving. Might have to fit this place in!
Everything looked delicious
Hello Matthew & Pack😊
I'd rather watch you eat than gambling 😊
I'll take a F1 charred style and some of that Mac and cheese that bacon wrapped shrimp made me wipe some drool off my mouf 😂
😂
I will never be able to afford that lol. But looks good.

Eating all of this in one sitting is beyond me
The steak cuts like butter
🧈
Way better than papi steak house at the Fountainbleau. Not tacky and food looks way better
The waiters explain things and act mature 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
It's $500, but it looks like enough food for 4-5 people. So about $100 per person isn't too bad.
Yeah for sure!
So jelly right now 😫
🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Hard to judge. I am a little skeptical whenever food reviewers are reviewing free/comp'd food.
Was not comped from the casino! we had our own points to use
That looks like a great place but a bit outside of my budget.
Definitely expensive! Got to go when you get comps!
At these prices , you pay before eating
I could tell you fell in love. The steaks looked really good and you know i like my steak well done
Maybe try medium rare.
@@jimklemens5018 nah, well done or no steak
@@RealBron03 Please eat at home. It hurts a chef's soul to burn meat like you want.

The F1 was amazing! I like the mix
Golden Steer is my favorite steakhouse in Vegas
