      According to my height and weight I need 2200-2400 calories and 85-100 gms protein every day, and in 100 gm soaked peanuts there is 567 calories and 26 gm of protein, according to this data I asked this question to you,

      @@goodnessofmusic1809 not soaked 100g raw or roasted peanuts have 600 kcal roughly. if you consume 400 g of it, you're consuming 2400 kcal from peanuts alone.. what do you think you will do now?
