Since 2012 I measuring my food to know how much I'm eating and how much calories I'm getting from it now I m pro in that and totally agree it helps to maintain good weight or lose weight
now I'm 36 and mother of two kids and still many people give me compliment that I look like a college going girl 😊

Dear your concept about calorie in and calorie out is absolutely wrong . Your insulin status will determine your wt. loss . High insulin level and insulin resistance will determine your wt’ loss . Calories driven from fat is different from calories driven from processed food
Hello sir. We didnt get enough chance to talk about Insulin resistance in detail. I don't see any flaw in the concept of calorie in and calorie out.
@@umeshwadhavanihello sir. My fasting blood sugar has gotten above 100. Was 137 and 115 on consecutive days. Dont want to get on pills. Im 44 yo and have high body fat %. Pls help.
More information about protein in daily diet would be helpful.
