I can already assume it's someone who doesn't value money and probably grew up in a wealthy family.
Depends on how your life is set up. Maybe you travel a lot and need a 'lock up and go' type of set up with minimal maintenance required
But aslong u dont tell us the value for those apartments and penthouse it doesn't make sense to me ...i wasted my time..i cant waste my time for rental prices
