I think keep looking ,bo Fourways le Midrand have apartments that come with appliances within your budget soo definitely keep looking and that have the aesthetic you looking for with a tiny bit of compromise. Houss is definitely not the one , yes it looks aesthetically pleasing but the problems with that brand (realtor ka di bitswang) di ngata and they might advertise something for 7800 which is within budget but you will still need to add 1500 for utilities outside of that R200 they told you about electricity 😊.

The second last apartment, the one bedroom version, I think that is better suited for what you want at your budget, then hopefully you will move to the two bedroom if you feel the need for space. Regarding apartment I would say keep on searching . I found an apartment after 4 months 🤣and I moved out of home December 1st. I pay R6500 1 bedroom ( we have golf course, pool , gym , restaurant, laundry within the complex )
