Just a slight correction, the land in Waterfall City is owned by the Waterval Islamic Institute* ,so I think he meant if you develop on the land you lease it from the owners 🫶🏽
The brother in brown just did a very bad explanation of the Waterfall lease, that is not how it works at all, if it worked like he explained there wasn't going to be a single house built there . He totally mislead the people at the beginning of the video I suggest that the viewers do their own research on the Waterfall lease . It's only a matter of time before a lot of people come to the comments to say that they don't wanna build there because of the lease. The lease is better than what he said at the beginning of the video . Otherwise great content keep it up.

In Midrand especially that estate, land lease fees (3.5% of market value + VAT) are a lump-sum included in the property price, not separate. The R25k example is misleading. We stay there brother 🙏
