Mr Sibiya ... Must admit ... You have improved alot when it comes to presenting the homes recently... You and you team a put in a master class with this one ... Like no stuttering, you are clear and concise, you not repetitive and the editing ... Not to mention the property it's self ... Well-done to you and your team my G ... Keep working hard and improving
fact: it would take over 100 years to save up for this apartment with the median income in South Africa. (and I didn't even include taxes or living expenses
Great Video - coming from the perspective of a project manager in the building industry the finishes in this Apartment are not up to scratch especially if some one is expected to lay out R 36 000 000.00 Facade for the Elevator Block house is uneven and just painted - they could have done a better finish or even Hulabond clad it The casting on the underside of the soffit is un-finished and still has left over concrete which has just been painted over Deck planks are uneven and some are at different heights - on this spec you would think they would use a concealed fixing No Tile trim used on ends of some finishes. the stairway up to the Jacuzzi is not symmetrical and the interactions of the finishes are an after thought - I am not even halfway through the video and I see these issues - I'd hate to see what I would pick up if I actually walked the site... Just saying
It's alright, I'd rather rock with the apartments at the Aurum in Victoria road, those were much much nicer in my humble opinion, dig the content as always fellas, can't wait for the next👊🏿
😂😂prices in the CBD are crazy just moved to Harlem in new york here to secure som dollars to come back n invest at home i visited Hudson yards last week new york is on another level shame wish our south Africa reaches this level someday the whole New York is so beatiful
White people built both those cities. But they were boycotted into stopping the construction of THEIR nation in Africa. Now that it is a black nation it shows and will only decay. White's don't want to invest in what will just be stolen from them. Very different to arrive where no one was and a build nation from nothing. As opposed to immigrating to the constructed civilization. Blacks saw the shiny buildings and drew near to them. Instead of learning or advocating to build their own, they only wanted to occupy what others had constructed. That is why joburg will never blossom beyond what it is. And any 'new nice suburban areas' will be predominately White still. Because we invest in our own. So while your hope is high, but it's not a shame any black should feel.
Its sad when you sell your R36000000 million apartment and my a average detached home in Europe then you realised that your property is worth's so little in SA its a joke.

Yeah and the CEO that buys the place will be paying his employees minimum wage and going on R1000 000 holidays. Sick society

Two bedrooms only two I can't
I am with you n for R36mil CBD is really over-priced, zero soil 🤣, you can get 4 bedrooms HOUSE in some areas of CT with that price.
Sibiya Sibiya 🎉🎉🎉❤
Thanks for stopping by ❤

Thank you for watching!
Surely CPT has an uber-helicopter, just for the person living in that apartment. A good informative content.
Thanks for watching!
The music is distracting in the beginning. It would have been better if it were faded out the moment the presenter started speaking
Thank you for the comment!
@@LetsPropIn thanks for taking the constructive criticism in the right spirit. Keep doing what you guys are doing ✊🏾
Of all the possibilities in CT and surrounds, this is bottom of the list for me. In fact it is not even on the list
What's on your list ? maybe we can check it out
Yinhle lendlu yakho mfana wakwa Sibiya

Wow 🤔✍️🤳
I can see my work from here
Can see everything from here!
I can also see my workplace there in Gardens 😂
Contemporary living.

Only 2 bed and 2 bathrooms 36 mil hahahaha 🤣🤣
You really need to remove the word 'entire' out of your vocabulary.
Thanks for the tip!
The presenter is not on par with the value of this listing, not proper English, too but slang.
Thanks for the comment. I'm always looking at point I can improve on - have any suggestions ?
get your sound straight
Thanks for the tip!
Cookie cutter from top to bottom. No character or warmth. The view is great though.
