@@rayseal9157 LOL good point, I completely forgot about the mustang. But to be fair, vTuned wasn't purposely milking the contents as he is rebuilding it from the ground up. I mean compared to goonzquad pumping out 3 videos weekly just for clicks, their contents really went downhill in the past 6 months IMO.

I worked in a body shop for several years and ended up leaving because my boss made some bad business deals which lead to me not getting paid for weeks (sometimes months) at a time. We specialized in restoring classics (30-70's) and custom work for vehicles that required modification for owners with disabilities. I now work a corporate job selling steel for construction. I don't regret my decision to leave but when I see your videos I'll admit that I do miss the art / process entailed with restoration. Watching abandoned vehicles roll in the shop and drive out as show cars really was something I was proud of.
I think you and your bro's channel would make it to the next level by combining all of your guys talents. I think it would be the content people want to see

i love watching thesee rebuild videos, i just got a really good deal on a m240i b58 off copart, similar damage but not as severe as this one, mine was mostly hit on the door and fender and lil on the quarter, keep it up bro!
My favorite channels are VTuned, 23rd Garage, Motorhead(the three brothers channels), and DIYGang. Y'all put out sum real great content that is actually challenging to do. These videos are more educational for many of us because in case we run across a similar vehicle we will say yay or nay to a complicated repair. Y'all make things look easy but we are aware of the real difficulty involved in each repair. Keep up the great work and yes finding other interests is important to the brain's resiliency. Dude Ben, your talent is in your videos! This time around I would say is the temporary control arm fix! Who thinks of that?! Genius! Start doing those fixes? Maybe for off-roading? I know in Japan they Frankenstein their cars a lot and it works! Great vid! I enjoyed every minute!!

Nice find vTuned! BMW M2s are so much fun to drive. Glad you also got to pick one up and experience how much fun of a car it is too. 🙂 Be careful though, the M2 in stock form the suspension is actually designed to slide instead of over or understeer. That's probably what happened to the previous owner, he or she took a turn too aggressively and slid right into a guardrail.

Love this bmw.. i have gotten so turned off by all the broken bemers last couple of years, but i really like this one. New fascia definately.. rear quarter will be a breeze. As for the control arm repair pipe.. they already sell those.. but nice job fabricating one. Can't wait to see this car when it's done.. rock on!

Ben, super talented, like your work style. You might see that the new bumper cover is wrong, no headlight washers, unless you are going for that look. It could trip a code for when you use washers, which also work the headlights. Otherwise, will need to close off the tube.

Thanks for the update Ben. During the spring and summer, you should go to your local high schools, to find a couple students to work for you, teach them how to do metal fabrication, welding and even how to use a camera, then show them how do your editing. Free labor for you, school credits for the student and who knows, maybe you will find the right person to eventually work with...
Really like this idea, students would be thrilled and its a great feeling of accomplishment passing on knowledge to youngsters…..

Glad to see your back to uploading. I love the M2. I want one to take over my daily driver role of my 03 e39 540i msport 6 speed. M2 is the only true M-car I feel currently in BMW's line-up.

I have the same car for over 5 years. OG M2 lci. Very fun car to drive. Sideways fun, very predictable. Stockseats are worthless. I swapped mine with some matching reupholstered M4 comp seats. Easy job swapping. Use the og seatairbags, and electrical modules underneath the seats. The comp frontbumper looks much better. Never liked the OG bumper. I’d swap the chargepipe, intercooler and downpipe. APEX wheels

That was a good find Ben, a few body panels to replace and repair on the front bumper and light but everything else is good.

If you are selling the BMW when you finish it the addition of the new front end seems to me slightly a waste. OK it looks good, but while it make you more profit? I hate BMWs with a passion, but have to say it does look nice.

Excellent color and really makes the car. I appreciate your apprehension on the quarter but I’m sure you know the repair won’t yield the same rend result and the time wasted trying could be instead be put toward changing it instead. It’ll still make for great content and if needed your brother can assist in the welding. I’m looking forward to this getting done.
V tune keep up on these videos trust me your a real bodyman and UA-cam is looking for real builders to watch not the bs channels I found u threw the boys which I love there channel also but u got a very nice car there those might be the best can of the decade I’m not kidding like I mean if u compare everything all stats and what u get for what u pay and with not much money Howmuch the n55 can make that’s the best form in a 2 body u are gonna love driving that car u might say u want to just daily it but I promise u will mod it as u should atleast do all bolt one tune exhaust u know what I mean but sweet car I’ve been looking for one always over priced that car is gonna be such a easy fix for u
