    5 Days self (solo) course on Meditation (s), Vipassana, Anapana & Metta in the wild Forest of North Carolina. Meditating an average of 6 hours formal sitting. Practicing a few longer sessions, up to 3 hours for a single sit, and normal 1 hour sits. Also practicing some walking mediation and standing meditation. Having one meal per day, practicing noble silence, no killing, no stealing, and sexual abstinence. Some minimal reading from English translations/renditions from the Pali Cannon.

    How to meditate Anapana meditation:
    Sit crossed leg, neck and back straight, mouth gently closed. Observe your breath moving in and out of the nostrils. Keep your attention here for as long as possible, when it wanders away, bring it back. Keep bringing it back to the breath and observe.
    All are welcome to participate.
    Stay for 2 minutes or 2 hours, what ever you are comfortable with. When you are ready, increase your meditation sit by 1 minute. Keep on progressing, keep on trying.
    The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two, to start and continue.
