    So, how does one organize making food, getting groceries, etc... in one goes on a 100 days solo retreat?

      If you want to be completely alone, there are retreat centers that will arrange to deliver food to you each week. You give them a shopping list and a credit card. One such center is Tara Mandala in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, US. Tara Mandala rents cabins with primitive kitchens for you to prepare your own food. I'm sure there are other places that have similar systems. And I second what Jim said, too.

      @@sandymyodogougis5 Thank you for your answer. As a matter of fact, I asked that question because Wonil Sunim has privately expressed interest in sharing with his audience how he had dealt with that particular issue in his solo retreats (held away from any retreat centers).

      @@ninoslavrandjelovic8100 if you want you do a prolonged solo retreat you could use grocery delivery services for food. Good luck.
