Kentucky mother of two Tiffanie Lucas appeared before a Bullitt County judge this week to hear discussion over a trial date. Lucas allegedly shot her 6 and 9-year-old sons in the head in their home last year. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber has the top developments in her capital murder case.

It did say that child services were notified multiple times regarding concern for the kids and they of coarse did nothing. The family can't just go take someone's kids from them without orders being put into place. So yes, the family does deserve sympathy because they are victims of this monster as well.

As a person from Louisville,Kentucky this case didn’t get the outrage it should have got! So sad for everyone that lost the boys! So for her to say not guilty shows she has no remorse!
