      @SaanMigwell 20 днів тому +102

      A spade is a spade. The kid snitched. I'm more worried about why he had no loyalty to his mother. I know why, I lived this kids life, I turned my mom in for speed back in 95, somehow the investigation focused on my Dad even though he hadn't lived in the house for almost 1/2 year by that point. Oh and they also decided that It was my 13 year old self rebelling against mom, and that I needed to be arrested until they found out where I got the drugs. The answer was mom's purse. But mom was clever and hot, she parlayed her body to keep herself out of jail.
      Still the kid is a snitch, as was I. How bad is mom that her own son threw her under the bus?

      - questioning a minor without a parent present.
      What a great guy! He lies to a child and breaks the law to serve himself that's called a hypocrite. He took shortcuts to make an arrest there are lots of holes in this case.
      Edit: Edward you say credit goes to the office or who knew how to talk to a frightened child.
      Well there you go case is thrown out a frightened child will say absolutely anything.
      What a hero! he manipulated a child into having his mother arrested. The mother was in the wrong, but the cop was as well! That's why it only resulted in probation despite being the fifth largest meth bust that cop ever had. He sure screwed up major. In my opinion this video displays the ineptitude of the police department as well as their willingness to manipulate (they call it a ruse) people, anything to make an arrest.

Prosecutors also said they found text messages showing that Long was dealing drugs from her home while her son was present. Kendra Long was arrested for drug trafficking and child abuse. She posted $25,000 on the day of her arrest, according to court records.She later violated a family court order and other rules specified as a condition of her release, prosecutors said. Despite those violations she received no prison time and was sentenced to probation, which prosecutors said she violated. She was also sent to an in-patient drug treatment program.

      He asked her AFTER she suggested she needing an attorney at 11:28 so it's posable the results would be inadmissible along with anything she said after that point. The problem with her taking a urine test is pass or fail, it will not help her. Even IF she pees clean, she could still be dealing and they will still charge her for possession. Any cooperation with the police will never help anyone; but the police. I think the cop did bad investigation.
