Hier j'ai fait votre purée de topinambours avec du jus de cuisson de poulet : je n'ai jamais vu une purée aussi soyeuse. Je suis contente de l'ajouter à mes capacités. Je m'en tenais à l'écrasée de pommes de terre au sel et à l'huile d'olive... Et j'ai une quantité astronomique d'épinards pour votre avant-dernière recette, dans le frigo 😂 Encore merci Bruno

This is a long shot chef . What is the product called if I wanted to find the recipe for cream centers in chocolates using only water sugar, and corn syrup….then in a mixer to turn white….i cannot and don’t have anyone else to turn to

Looks so good. I wonder if there is a lighter bread you could use. This is quite heavy and dense. Maybe croissant? But made in squares? Crispy on the outside and tasty layered and soft on the inside. Ok, Ill try that.
