My guess is that this sandwich took several hours to make. However, Brunos creations are also works of art and not just food.
Foodbusker is great as well, but yes, Bruno has brilliant ideas about food. I think, Bruno's recipies are a bit more elaboratetd compared to Chef John and foodbusker, but in general all of them provide ideas to create your own signature dishes. Personally I like them all 3 and there are some more. I love fresh food!

Wow! The first layer with the lemon confit and the black (kalamata?) olives I bet really sends the flavor up into the stratosphere. I think I could go without so many layers of toast. I don't think bread adds much to the flavor. This recipe is an example of thinking outside the box to tantalize the palate beyond what it expects when it comes to cooking.
I made this Version of club sandwich today, and it was HONESTLY the best Club sandwich I ever had in my life! I wish I could order that one at a bar of a 5star hotel spending 20 or more euros but unfortunately I have to do all the work myself (my humor). Putting the bacon on top like this is a genius idea Bruno. The (awful) bread doesn't matter anymore! Advice: red pepper is great these days, so I took some long red pepper, sliced in half, and put it under the oven grill for 3 min, peeled them, chopped them, put nothing on them, just great! I love the red pepper with the chicken freshly made. And it is so easy. do you realize that the reason why people don't know how to cook French recipes is that French people can't explain what they are doing in English ? All the great guys on youtube explaining great stuff only in French! I am so lucky to understand French :)) You do a great and rare job, man. Keep going!

Yes, because if they split the salt stops them from spreading out too much. You could also use vinegar.
