Nice cake Chef, but you know I gotta call you out on not using buttercream or fondant flowers.
I've got Culinary School PTSD reeling on me just thinking about it.
Keep buttercream and fondant flowers out the equation. We are talking about texture and taste here.. Not saying buttercream is not good, but the only one I would use is the Lenôtre style buttercream. Nothing else. Sorry papa 🐣
