    Great, starting next week I will become your patron. All my topology problems can be solved by you in a very simple and single-minded way. I hope I can do that too, because right now even small problems with polygons keep me from moving forward, even though I'm sitting on Polycount and watching how to.

    • @polygonpen

      If you keep pracrtising, you will solve your topology problems, at least that was the case for me.

    Incredible. Does the second part doable with other render engine like Redshift or Arnold?

    • @polygonpen
      @polygonpen  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah, I tried to do it as simple as possible with regular tools so it should be easy to do same things with other render engines, only thing you may need bloom and higlight compression, which you can do in Post.

    12:44 why the wing got thinner when you used rotate?

    • @polygonpen
      @polygonpen  3 роки тому +1

      Because I rotated the bottom polygons, which scaled the whole wing.

    Btw what do you think about the new C4D R25 interface? Thanks again for your work!!

    • @polygonpen
      @polygonpen  3 роки тому +6

      Thank you, I found it very frustrating, Cinema 4D has its unique look, which is very plain and simple, which makes it diffirent then the other softwares, I think they sdould spend their energy into to improve modeling/particle/bodypaint, which are older than 10 years.

    Thanks for these incredible tutorials, just one question: what is the best way for export c4d models to 3ds max?

    • @polygonpen
      @polygonpen  3 роки тому

      Best option for 3Ds max is OBJ ( at least for me)
      For Maya, FBX works best.
