    Such a quiet bow, shot a doe this year and didn’t even spook the others, so I shot a second. Love the V3

    Finally got my hands on a HTR a couple weeks ago. Should be on track to get a V3 31 before another decade passes.

    I'm disappointed that Bowtech wasn't in your test lineup this year. I respect your opinion greatly... I'm currently shooting a Revolt X, very happy with it... it usually comes down to Mathews or Bowtech for me... thanks for the great content. I'll hope to see you review the new Bowtechs in the future... according to thier website Bowtech has had unprecedented demand AND supply chain challenges this year, likely why they couldn't/didn't send you a bow this year?.. hopefully the 2022 Bowtech bows will be in your next test lineup!🤞

      I really hope we will be back to normal next year. I absolutely loved the Revolt I shot last year.

    Great review. I think it would be awesome if you did a comparison between a Triax, Vxr 28 and V27. And or Vertix, Vxr 31.5 and V31.
    Would be interesting to say the least. With shootouts.

      I second this. Would be really cool to do a shot by shot sequence comparing
      Triax, vertix, vxr, v3, and v3x to see how you would compare their draw cycle, weight, overall feel and speed.
      Lastly you could do something like a 6 shot grouping.
      Either way… thanks for all your reviews and this channel.

    Great review. I too notice there was a dip going into the valley that I didn't really like but other then that its a great bow.

      Hi Lucas!! Great review as usual 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!
      How would you compare the V3 sound/vibration to the last generation Hoyts (Rx4-Axius-Helix) cause I bought an Elite Enkore without trying it en ended up selling it cause was noisy and lots of vibration…
      Thanks!
      By the way where are you from?!?

      @@simonaudet1107 I only shot the Axius. The V3 is a different animal when it comes to noise/vibration. It is next level. New RX-5 is also noticeably quieter than last year’s Axuis

    Change to 80% and your dip into the valley is much better

    I’m guessing there is no difference but as far as long range accuracy/ forgiveness/ stability, how does this bow compare to the VXR 31.5?

    Would you say the v31.5 would be better for us longer draw length people. String angle etc? Thank for the review

    • @ArcheryTalkVideo
      @ArcheryTalkVideo  3 роки тому

      The VXR 31.5 from last year? Compared to this year's V3 31, I'd say any difference in string angle will be pretty minimal. I can touch my nose to the string comfortably, which is what I'm after. Can't do that as easily on the V3 27.

  • @timparrish1847
    @timparrish1847 3 роки тому +1

    I have the V 3 27 at 25" draw and 75lbs modes My bow is a heavy draw start to the valley where yes it is VREY pronounced and drop's in and you KNOW IT I haven't tried a 70 lbs V 3 so I can't compare it I have an SR-6 in comp mode at 70 lbs and it draws a bit different may be not as heavy I can't so way I went with 75 lbs ???? but at distance's it carries a VERY flat line with very little arch I watched you draw our's and let it down WAY DIFFERENT then mine And as for the let down i rather shoot the arrow into the dirt then let it down You really pay if you let down in the back of your shoulders and four arm's The rest of what you said 100% I didn't even put my stabilizer on for two or so weeks it was that nice and balanced It is al so the quietest bow I have ever shot But my bow was $1545 bare bow ?

    My Vertix doesn’t work for me due to string angle, debating between VXR 31.5 and v3 31 what’s your thoughts?

    • @ArcheryTalkVideo
      @ArcheryTalkVideo  2 роки тому

      I think string angle will be very similar on these two models. I really liked the V3 31 personally - probably a little more than the VXR. But that is just personal. If you can find the VXR for a lot less, I'd take that deal.

    V3 draw cycle feels like your up 10lbs from what your pulling 70 feels like 80 it’s harsh the bow is super solid holds great very forgiving but the draw cycle is tough
