This is one of the coolest vids honestly. And I’m actually kinda upset Mathews doesn’t offer bows bare aluminum like that. Would look sick as a target rig
Thats sick.matthews has always been a great bow company but man u got to tour the factory and shoot those bows when they were still prototypes? Id be honored to do that
Hey Chris love the videos! I’ve grown so much as an archer watching you shoot, one thing I ask is for you to make a video on how you are able to see through your peep at 20 yards all the way out to 100, what is you key to shooting longer range acutely?
27 ata seems REALLY short considering my current bow is a 31 ATA. Nice to see you covering this, even though I am going to have to ask my mother to save up for Christmas for a trx 36 haha. Just got arrows for my birthday today, but it was pretty nice to be able to fletch them on my own :)
I was expecting to see you shooting with the V3 27. I thought you would receive the V3 27 at your home. But you did better. it was at Mathews' house. congratulations. you made my dream come true.
Another great video Chris. I’m 95% saved up to buy this new bow but I’m sitting on the fence right now. I want it, just haven’t committed to it yet. If I do buy it I want it to rig it out in Bee fashion. 🤙🏼
Hey Chris I'm from Kentucky I absolutely love my V3 27 shoots better then my TX5 28 thanks for sharing like all your videos well you have a blessed day
Can you PLEASE plead with Mathews to put together a 33-34" TRUE hunting bow for a person with a average DL??? The TRX 34 has really nice specs, but with it in the target bow lineup there are NO camo options and the price is a little bit steep compared to the hunting lineup. Now that the Traverse is gone, there really isn't an option if a person wants to stay with Mathews.
The hunting line with the extended riser holds like a target bow. They are the longest risers they have ever come out with. Even longer ata hunters tend to like them.
@@saxophone_mockingbird6480, I've shot all of these bows. Even though these are neat little bows, they do not hold and aim like a target bow. You can trust me on that statement, as I speak from experience
Yes I know about the mission I have one but they have had the same bows for a few years now with no updates they are getting old that’s why I am switching the bear bows are faster then the mission and shoot better
Yes there are some minor updates to this bow but they’re kind of doing the same thing hoyt is doing with passing the same bow with just some minor details I still want to get the V3 because I think it’s a cool bow but it seems like they’re being repetitive
I agree, but I don’t think it’s from a lack on creativity and innovation. The Hoyts and Matthews the past year or 2 have created bows that there is only going to be incremental improvements going forward. The bows are pretty much as good as your gonna get going forward. Bows are just to good now, not much to improve on.
After reading the amount of comments regarding so many people wanting an aluminum colored bow....I think you may see that in the near future. Mathews listens to the customers...
Does Matthews make a hunting bow for a 32 inch draw? Or is it a company for tiny people only? Yep when you're 6'5" everyone looks short from up here lol sorry.
@@ryanbaisden1288 funny you say that, because that Drive XL is my bow right now. Shoots great, definitely a keeper, solid backup bow in future, would recommend to anyone for sure. Next bow I buy will be a flagship/less budget restrictions, and my work buddy keeps going on about the legendary comfort draw of Mathews bows and why he will never switch- and I just have to believe him since I can't find one big enough to try lol.
@@axnovs9726 haha well PSE does make a solid bow. Mathews guys definitely have loyalty and make good bows but I wouldn’t say they are way better than any of the other top brands.
The aluminum colour should be a official Mathews option , it’s so clean and simplistic looking.. love it
Not for hunting purposes
@@noahhelton183 yeah but for competition it would be super cool
As long as it wasn’t super shiny, the deer wouldn’t care.....
Why not for hunting.. it would look amazing and deercan see blue I don't think they can see gray
@@Davidandsons its super shiny so the sun might reflect off of it or something
Now we need a 🐝 Real Edition Mathews Compound Hunting & Target Bow!

Always a good day when Chris bee uploads
Nice cinematography on this video. Shot and edited super well. Keep it up!
Wow man July and they were already that close to the final bow.🙌🏽🐝 good stuff Chris.
Wow Chris, I’m always impressed at the quality level of your videos! Hope to produce content like this eventually!
Happy thanksgiving Chris. thanks for the awesome video! keep up the great work and congrats on 100k!
I want a straight raw aluminum bow like that!
Awesome vid Chris. Can't wait for some of the hunting videos especially Kansas. Saw that preview i the matthew's channel and can't wait.
6:09 When your 15 and you have a 29 and 1/2 inch draw. Thank god Mathews came out with the Atlas. Great video keep up the good work.
Congrats on 100k, love all the videos
I like this style of video keep up the great work (happy 100k)
always waiting for chris bees fire vids
Thanks for the tour Chris!
The look on your face after that first shot, priceless
Made my wife watch that clip
I love your vids it’s such a great day when I see that you have uploaded
To people who love the bare aluminum color, you can sand any bow and make it look like that, use a Dremel with different sand heads!
Wow I wish I could go to the Matthews HQ, Congratulations on 100k Too dude keep up the good work!🎉
They should make a target bow in the raw riser color that’s neat lookin!

Wow those aluminum plain look..awesome!
Sweet video,..thanks!
What are some good brands of bows for a 11 and 12 year old in your opinion
That raw aluminum color is pretty sick! I know it’s not practical for hunting but very cool, maybe a 3D, Comp setup?
I never thought about how cool a bare aluminum riser and cams would look on a bow. They should make it an option.
The draw cycle looks really smooth

I wish they had an unfinished raw aluminum color option for target. Wouldnt even have to worry about coating them 😂😂
Hey Chris I'm from Kentucky I absolutely love my V3 27 shoots better then my TX5 28 thanks for sharing like all your videos well you have a blessed day
I just got this bow Last Thursday it is the smoothest bow I have ever shot and quickest
I want one of those prototype bows! Same color no paint.
Correct me I’m wrong bro but I’ve got an odd ball 2019 expedition bow right here and clear as day past parralel limbs threw a level on it as well.
Hey brother I shoot the traix and I'm thinking upgrading but do you think there is a big difference between the triax and the v3
Everyone of your videos is absolutely amazing!!
Mr.Bee sick looking Mathew's bows you tested out there. Just wanted to know is that why did you leave a already high end bow company like Hoyt!!!

wonder what bow Chris bee likes best v3 27 or v3x 29 I no he shoots them both
What’s the poundage you prefer to shoot
which bow didi you chose Chris the 31" for the 28"? Thanks
Where can I find one of those three point bow stands?

I just switched to a hinge and I think I’m doing it right but could you do a video on getting into your anchor and shot execution
What should I do if I wanna be as good as you and John?
When is the tour coming out?
Wish Mathews would make a mid grade bow that would shoot good at a good price I am switching to bear because Mathews is to expensive
They do. Called Mission. Made by Matthews.
Yes I know about the mission I have one but they have had the same bows for a few years now with no updates they are getting old that’s why I am switching the bear bows are faster then the mission and shoot better
They made a Mathews Tatic... that’s a mid grade
Great video! I’m a nasp archer who just got into bow hunting, any tips?
You were there on my birthday lol.
How lucky are you tho. 👍👍👍
Will your grip fit the trx 34 and love the videos
You got to stop coming out with these video your making me want stuff i can’t afford

What bino harness do you use?
How many pounds you pulling back there on the 27? It looks smooth and easy

what release do you use

Currently shoot the helix turbo.....v3-31 makes me want to switch....
PSE has used beyond parallel limbs for years. Still a nice looking bow.
Same thing popped into my head when he said that. A lot of manufacturers have had past parallel limbs for a while now.
What release was Chris bee using does anyone know ??
Ultraview hinge
Aluminumb. No feeling when you shoot it. Super dead in the hand. How’s that for a name. Do it. Love my VXR. 🏹👍🏽
I'm sure I'm not the only one that flinched when he drew the bow back by hand lol
I’ve derailed a vtx doing that
Why. Im more likely to dry fire with a release than I am with Fingers.
I would love to get it in the gray with black limbs and gray cams
that bow looks sweet without the color
Here i am, 3 year after this video releases thinking “Mathews needs to offer the aluminum color”😂
Is that crossbow the new mission prototype
I put a beereal on my wishlist for Christmas lol 😂
I'm not against short bows but when I first picked up a 28 I laughed at how comically toy-ish it felt. They're getting crazy small.
Seems loud, but no way to tell unless you’re in person .
what inspired you to be a archery guy please let me now
that aluminum is crazzy looking.
can i you get me the bow all decked out and you were kind of stuff with your arrows because i have a old darton and it is so heavey
every time there is a ding when you shot the v3
Thanks!
I want my target bow bare like the v3 in the video
I want one if those just like that, shiny aluminum oooooh yeah gimme gimme
Imagine dry firing their prototype XD
Of course there's peep rotation. Continually confounded on why Mathews runs Zebra strings.
Would paint thinner work? Lol
I shoot the v3 27 and absolutely love it.

it's just what happens with a target style/lower anchor point and super short hunting bows. ;-)
