    I love your videos. You speak so clearly and are very precise in your directions. I am also a Gemini. My birthday was the 7th. Only I'm 63!! I've sewn all my life, but is nice to do some small things for gifts etc. I made alot of my clothes growing up and at this time of my life, I just like to do crafts. lol

    with the other size of hardware that is 1 inch larger we need to remember to make the project 1" larger all the way around not a bad idea.

    For the poor man's version of the snap hardware, you can use those rolled up metal measuring tapes. Cut length to size. You'll just have to stitch the casing closed so it's not exposed but then also connect those ends, maybe a hand stitch to make it do the pop out effect. 🤗

    • @getskilledalot3834
      @getskilledalot3834 4 роки тому

      I've wondered how long the tape will hold out before the sharp edges are exposed. I'm going to order these, but if you know if the tape measures hold out for a long time, I'd like to know. I'd hate to give these to people and have them cut their fingers open.
