Your video is wonderful. Simple and easy and I like your little tricks with the zipper. I’ve been sewing for 30 years and I’ve never tried it. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼
Just made my first pouch and as a beginner I learned so much from this project. Turned out very nice and I can’t wait to make more!! Your videos are excellent and I hope you keep making more patterns and sharing them with us. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much Rosie, your video is the absolute best I’ve seen on zipper pouches. Your instructions are so clear and your tips incredibly helpful. Thanks again!
This is by far the very best tutorial I have watched for making zipper pouches. Some patterns I have don't explain the zipper tabs well. Your video was very clear. I truly loved how you showed how to sew in the zipper and to sew to the very last tooth of the zipper and the last step - marvelous!!!!! You just took my zipper pouches to the next level!
This is such a wonderful tutorial. I wonder if you think the corners could still be this neat if I were to use zippers by the yard? I tend to buy those a ton because they are budget friendly. Thank you for your helpful tips and great videos!
Just found your video & I love making zipper pouches of all different types. I usually do zipper tabs on both ends, but this looks interesting too. I think I’ll give it a try this way & will definitely give the quilting a go. You do beautiful work, btw. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
This is a lovely tutorial. I've been making zip pouches for years, but I love your zipper installation, and how neat it looks. Definitely going to give that a try! I already have fabric and your other tutorial for the toiletry bags. :-)
My *rrcopys* tote has been in use for years and it still looks as good as when I first bought it. The quality is simply unmatched. In the near future, I plan to buy another color and style to match my clothes and shoes
Thanks for sharing! Great tips for sewing the zippers. I just purchased your online PDF patterns. I am going to spend a lovely weekend making these pouches for Xmas. ❤
I really like this technique, I’ve seen it done in slightly different ways but this looks easier. Ive seen people tack each side back and then sew them in but you may need to hand sew them. I tried doing it with my sewing machine and couldn’t get it to work. I make bags for my shop but I do the traditional zipper tabs but it’s such a pain because if you don’t leave enough room the tabs don’t pop out right. Plus the ends always point in just slightly. I don’t quilt bags very often I use a lot of Thermolam plus or flex foam. Do you think this could work on those types of stabilizers? I’ve never seen the iron on wadding that’s awesome.
Thank you for this awesome tutorial! I purchased the pattern immediately! Thank you for providing it at such a wonderful accessible price. As a stay at home mom, that means a lot to me. Where do you source your zippers and adorable fabric from? The dainty flowers are just so adorable!
I just bought this pattern for the second time because I lost my first one! Love it I’m making 2 sets for Christmas gifts and also this video to follow up is perfect 🤎🤎🤎✨
I am having some trouble on that final step making sure the corners are sitting right and the zipper ends end up popping out when I am done! Does anyone have any advice for this?
It's been months since I bought my *rrcopys* tote and it still looks the same as when I bought it. I have to admit that they did a really good job in this regard. The craftsmanship and durability of these bags is truly impressive.
Thank you so much for this video tutorial. I have bought the pattern but I want to make personalised bags for family for Christmas. Can I ask what size the label is on the front please? Thank you. This is lush! ❤❤
I'm having a hard time finding the proper zipper lengths for these locally. Is it possible to use a longer one and trim it down since you are adding the zipper trim to the end?
good for you and these beginner things. but I suggest time stamping the info so you can go straight to it. no lollygagging for 3 min's unless first time etc.

Thanks! It’s a very easy way to sew the zip in, it would definitely work with the flex foam - even works with no wadding at all if preferred! X

What type of knot do you use for the zip pulls?!?
I'm having a hard time finding the proper zipper lengths for these locally. Is it possible to use a longer one and trim it down since you are adding the zipper trim to the end?
You could probably trim them down but sew over the end a few times so it doesn’t come undone
Do you wash the fabric before making the bag?
😢how can I buy the pdf without PP....
can i ask where do you have your labels from? :)
Can this is be altered to use an open end zipper?
