I learned you are supposed to add the boost after mixing the soap and water so it floats on the top and sticks to the wash mitt better. did that and it was a night and day difference!

Messed up on the audio in a couple parts just noticed, sorry about that 😅
Basic car wash rules....wheels always first with separate bucket and brush, wet car and start from the roof down. Failure to do this results in swirls and scratching of paint from tiny pieces of road grit found around your sills and arches which you pick up and spread around the rest of the bodywork.
Correct, but I didn't wash the wheels on this car.. And I specifically followed the directions on the product in this case.
I think this shampoo will be the perfect companion for ceramic coating, but not for stand-alone protection !. On a slightly tired ceramic coating, HCWW will be able to restore a good water-repellent effect?!. Otherwise good review! 👍

You could buy another badly marketed but very good ceramic wash which is mothers CMX ceramic wash and coat. Lack of suds sank that product and can be had for a few dollars now as stores are getting rid of it. Ceramic and suds don’t go well together. You can see that in this shampoo as well. The moment you mix ceramic the suds go down.
Either though it tells you not to use it in a foam cannon, it works excellent in a foam cannon.

never understood why people are looking for "waterbeading" from a car wash soap....you got other steps after a good wash for that, kind of overpriced
Bought the mitt for Rinseless washing.

@@Carlos.Rivera just got done... LOVE IT. The dreadlocks are fatter and super soft for one. The pad is great for a 2nd wipe. Honestly my jeep wasn’t that dirty, plan is with my car. 2 passes .. 1st with dreadlock side and then a follow up with the pad.
Also being that i used mckees sio2 RW im sure the pad side helped evenly spread the sio2 out before drying (same as how the Mitt is advertised yet with soap)

what do you mean base layer? like use the hybrid ceramic wax first before using this??

@@DiamondAutoCare so if I use the hybrid ceramic wax first, do I need to use a different soap to wash my car with first? Then use the hybrid l ceramic wax as a base layer? And then from there on out use this new wash and wax w/ Si02 boost ?

This is the problem with products like this. If it has difficult instructions people will always get it wrong. I’ve seen so many videos of people not mixing it correctly. According to the guy who had a hand in making this product says you shouldn’t mix it with pressure washer or garden hose once you add the two mixes together. 🤷🏻♂️
That's the best way to make sure it's mixed so that sounds strange to me. Not mixing it with a hose or pressure washer sounds not as effective
Add nearly 3 gallons of water to your bucket and add the 3oz of shampoo, foam up with your lance or hose to 3 gallons. Add the wash mitt to the bucket, pour the booster in, then massage the solution into the mitt, before first application. Apply as before. You don't want to forcibly mix the booster once added.
