In general, the TI units are faster in response to inputs. This is seen when quickly switching between sonar, downscan, chart, and split screens ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxeAxH15LxhjGlg5-CRYqjTGTEH0tbY4vk recommend The Hook units will show some lag on button pushes and screen switching. The big ticket item though is maps. If you install a mapping card such as Navionics or the free C-Map Genesis which has a lot of map detail, then moving around the map with the cursor or when running down the lake can lag significantly on the Hook units, but is seamless with the TI units.

Hey Billy this is definitely what I’ve been looking for. I have Larance TI twos on my Ranger well these settings and adjustments work on that type of unit? Last few months I’ve been able to finally upgrade my units only to find out that my TI twos are now obsolete from Lowrance. Your help and advice Would be greatly beneficial and helpful! I’m new to the fishing off the boat. I bought a lowrance pro with 3 in 1 hd. Don’t known if I should send it back or put it on the boat and buy another unit for the front with live scope. Any videos one the live scope or active target 2? Great video

Never turn on the fish reveal? I always turn it on. I found fish and catch them most of the time.
Does this shading work with the carbons on the latest update?
Just so you have C Map or mapping that allows that. My Elite Ti2 units don’t have C Map I use a Navionics plus card which doesn’t allow shading.
Yes, the carbons can do shading.

This was a total waste of time. The only thing I could see was a glared out screen. The video was so bad I could not even see the Lowrance logo. Novice!
