This is great. Would also love a flow followed by a mini meditation at the end.

Is it normal to feel a burning sensation when breathing in from the left nostril?
I would say yes, but it depends how intense it is for you. Obviously if it's painful, then no, that would not be considered normal.
Lol the breathing is practically suicide at first when you have a mildly stuffy nose
