Week 2 Day 2: Shoulder Toner (Intermediate)

- Tabletop pose is kind of the highlight today and one of those poses that I love to hate. It’s amazing for toning the shoulders and upper body, but it’s a sneaky bit of ab work too. You don’t need any props or equipment, just your body weight. That’s today’s focus, and when you’re ready, let’s get started!

I've missed 1 day each week, but haven't beaten myself up over it, just picked it back up the next day! This is really first one that had me sweating

this was great Erin thanks!! a really nice level of intensity and work. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions for gentle wrist strengthening? Even just in tabletop and doing cat cow my wrists were achey and not best pleased! Any help would be fantastic!!!
i've done teeny dumbbell curls with 1 to 2 lb weights! target/walmart sell them for under $4 :) with time it gets easier too

Did I miss something? I just did this video and there wasn't any tabletop. Rather, it seemed like we did a lot more lunges, etc. Perhaps the title is mislabelled?
Aargh! This was my biggest yoga fail ever! I kept falling down and couldn't keep up with the pace. Frustrating.. Clearly I should work on my balance
