- I know I said anger management, but what I really want to say is that this is yoga for when you’re about to freak out. Whether it’s because you’re angry or anxious or just plain worries, this will help you calm down and get back to a place where you can act with a clear head. Let’s hit the mat, yogis!

I felt less tense
