Mark is a good friend and a great yoga teacher. I enjoyed this video so much. A really down to earth guy with a positive message.

This guy is such a good teacher and gets everyone involved from the start. He reinforces everything by making us do the moves and repeat them while he is talking us through. Other teachers stop us while they explain and usually spend more time talking than getting us to practice. Not so with Mark - he is a man of action while treating us gently and taking us with him. Good work Mark.
