Day 15 9:30 cereal with milk 12:30 nuts 2:30 egg omelette with mushroom and spinach 3:30 cheated, 1/2 slice pizza 5:30 tea 7:30 oats cereal bar 9:00 foxtail millet kichidi No exercise. Weight loss till now 1/2 kg.. very informative video, will definitely try it out
