    Hi...am sumathi saravanan... Morning hot water...9:00 am ku butter tea.11:00 am ku 30 almonds.lunch ku 2 egg omlete attukkaal soup... 1 apple evening tea walking 1 hour. Nit ku mushroom & capsicum fry.with tea.. that's it. 4 ltr water whole day ...

    Morning - hot water
    1 hour walking
    Breakfast - 1 apple + 1 cucumber
    Mid morning - green tea
    30 minutes workouts
    Lunch - 2 eggs & podalanga kootu
    3.30 - 15 almond's
    Evening planed to take spinach soup & 30 minutes walking
    Dinner - planed to do egg omelette & juice.

    Day 15
    9:30 cereal with milk
    12:30 nuts
    2:30 egg omelette with mushroom and spinach
    3:30 cheated, 1/2 slice pizza
    5:30 tea
    7:30 oats cereal bar
    9:00 foxtail millet kichidi
    No exercise. Weight loss till now 1/2 kg.. very informative video, will definitely try it out

    Today no diet and exercise because my son feel sick. No breakfast
    Lunch 1cup rice and vegetables potato and dal curry with curd
    Snack one cup tea with 1tbs sugar
    Dinner 2 roti and dal curry 😭 27g fat
    169g carb 60g protein 1167 calories
