My weight is fluctuating from 74-75 and back again. Now,starting from last week,I have been doing your yoga and hand exercise.my body is more flexible but no weight loss. I added the chole ting abs in the evening. I am more flexible but not loosing weight.its up and down 1kg.what do I do different?
There are some people who claim , one can reduce weight by just drinking lemon with honey etc. That is utter nonsense. Don't be fooled by that phrase. Track how many calories your body needs daily. Measure that number and eat foods within that calorie range along with some exercises. You'll soon see results in some weeks

Conclusion is, when your weight is more, the difference in the numbers between weighing in analog and digital is always high. Go with the reading in digital scales to track your weight correctly
