Thanks a LOT to all DOOBIE BROS. A lot of BLES...SINGS to all the BAND !
Thanks!
and that Boys & Girls is what us "older" people call music !
After 50 years, they still sound better than 80% of the music put out today. Love these guys.
100 dude?
I Tautoko that Brother's 👍😎
Amen, brother at 72
I'll take them to the grave and heaven!
no sadly they would not younger money loaded and much much better
They’re sounding better now than THEY did 50 yrs ago!
That’s how it’s done. People coming together without anger nor politics. Just listening to the music and vibing with one another! Beautiful!
Talkin' bout my generation
The days when people enjoyed themselves, so glad I lived and enjoyed these times
Indeed
These happy times will come again...
Yes it was the late great 70/80 some of the best music and concerts ever!

The music of this era is the best ever produced. I graduated highschool 1973, this stuff was all over the radio plus wed all go to the swollen head to buy lps every week. Marvelous. There’s nothing i like about today’s music. Thank you doobies.
how sad we have lost the days of good music, we will never have this class of people again
Just when we think the world is going to crap, we are reminded there is still magic when we hear these guys play and sing and for a few moments, everything is alright. Thank you 🙂
Thank you for reminding us Duff Man70:)+ xoxo, muah!Peace! God bless you for your kindness.

We need more

magic ? ok where point me in the wrong direction
What’s a privilege to attend a Doobie Brothers concert twice. Once in a casino in Oklahoma and once in Kansas city.
Toms vocals are amazing , after 50 years he sounds as good as he did on their first album , Bravo to a fantastic band and their dedication to performing live for their fans whenever possible
True
Good~^^
It is more than 50 years . I heard them live in the early 1970's in Myrtle Beach, S.C. . The entire band is still sounding like they did over 60 years ago !
That's Burton Cummings
@@dancooper One of the best singers of all time. The Guess Who was one of my favorites growing up. 👍
What the people need is more of this classic rock in their life. It’s 2023 and I would love to see them in concert before the year is over.
This is what we call real music and bands at their best....long live this era of music...thank you Doobies!
My Gosh I was 10 Years Old when this band was on the radio I remember hearing daily !
MTV unplugged is also real music. Only acoustic instruments. Listen to MTV unplugged Eric Clapton from 1992. This is the only real MTV unplugged concert. No pickups, only microphones.
There is nothing greater than the Doobies, “Listen to the Music!” An anthem to Rock & Roll!!
Takes me back to great memories, better time.,..
Neat to see people in the audience that weren't even born when the Doobies rolled onto the scene in the 70's!
It's Friday so there's nothing left to do but enjoy and" Listen to the Music!!"
A Gonzalez
Dance our blues away ...
No disrespect to Michael McDonald but this is Tom Johnston's Doobie Brothers. His songs brought the people alive!!
James Pratt
These great musicians truly come together here, having so much fun. This is what their fans love. Listen to the music.
@@jennyc9360 You got it Jenny C. This is what the people want to hear. 50 years and still going strong. Love it!!
You got that right!
These past couple of years, our world has moved off its axis for many of us. For me, after playing this, it’s moved back in place.
48 years later and they still sing it fresh as ever!
The audience really seems to be enjoying the performance.
I love to see how the people of our generation can still live these moments of great joy with their idols. D.B. is one of my favorite bands since I was a teenager and forever. Go Doobie Bros.!!!
This must be one of the happiest songs ever created. This performance gave me goosebumps.
I wanna be like Patrick Simmons when i get to his age. He is impossibly cool.
"impossibly cool"...gonna have to borrow that one
What I love most about this is the joy it puts on all the faces ON the stage after all these years.
Amazing! They sound just as good after 50 freaking years.
Tom Johnston, Patrick Summon.. And their friends still rock 🌟
Comfort food for my soul. And, one of the most polished bands in existence.
One of those Doobie Brother's songs that put a smile on your face whether you are hearing it in concert or at home.
The Doobies are like a comfortable pair of shoes I've worn my entire life! #Respect
Thank God awesome bands like this are still with us! I hope they give us another 20 years. This is real music. This is how it's done.
Isn't it great how music is a time machine, takes you back
Although not a big country, having lived in Dallas for 8 years in the late '70s I discovered some of Clint Blacks music. A song of Clint's that echos your sentiment about time travel is State of Mind. Very much worth a listen..
Ain't it funny how a melody can bring back a memory
Take you to another place in time
Completely change your state of mind
It can make a right from a wrong, it can make you fall in love
It can get you singin' along
Chase the clouds away and make the sun shine above
Seein' all the guys together never gets old. Doobies forever!
I keep saying it, but I’ll say it again; every generation likes to think it’s music was the best. Turns out, ours really was…
The austro Hungarian generation might disagree
I’m an 80’s kid who’s parents played this stuff all the time, and years later I’m a muso and I still love this stuff over the generic crap that the radio stations feed the masses today… may rock and roll never die!❤
Fantastic! Great band. Wonderful performers. This is real music. It’s eternal
I was playing in a rock band in 1972. This was one of our favorite cover tunes.
Very much needed in these 2020 times! Thanks Doobies!!
Absolutely, Andrew...this music has such positive power, I’m realizing now at age 60. For a few years now, since we’re able to find and listen to pretty much any of the favorite music that has meant so much to us over the years anytime we want, I listen to music again, now, mostly at night. And this band’s music is what I listen to most often, especially The Captain and Me; I love the original era of the band the best. I realize now the amazing power music has for so many good things. It has, in effect, help save me!
They keep improving already great classics. The songs are evolving
eu ouvindo ém 2023 alguém mais dá minha época inacessível
I have loved the Doobies for over 40 years and when I hear their music it takes me right back to that original time. ❤
Without doubt, this old girl will always ❤the Doobies, ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!
See it just goes to show you when we were younger. Our music wasnt about shooting and killing someone, Just having fun.
I was born 1980. My 18yr old son loves this music too! He was born 2004.
Oh shut the fuck up your generation was no different and no better
😅
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
😅😅😅😅
Ageless treasure. All time favorite band.
I absolutely love love them, all of them! I do miss the vocalist that was with them in the 80s. They all look like they’re still having a great time and so am I at 65.
I listen to them quite often and still love them as much as I did in the 70s in Santa Barbara!
Saw them with Michael McDonald two months ago 50th anniversary Las Vegas and they were still totally awesome!✌️🤩👍
Are they in the music hall of fame?
@@reg12269Yes.
This is one of my Favorite Songs of ALL time. This, and China Grove. P.K.
I'm from New Orleans. Love Black Water. Pat Simmons said he was in New Orleans when he wrote the song. I could tell. Been following the Doobies since the seventies when I was a teenager. Great time to be alive. Great music.
Covered this and many other doob songs on drums in my band days. How blessed they are. RIP Keith.
I never get tired of hearing this band - they are simply magic ....
These were the days people loose their minds #peacefully getting lost in the music 🎶 my era of productions 👏🏾💓💓💓
Do you know what we see here? Good vibes for all generations, touching their souls. What a good thing!
Damn, those people are having a good time. Wish we could spread this all over the World
If you notice even the musicians know they are tight!!
Damn I love Pat's guitar work at the end. I melted the vinyl off of "Best of the Doobies" growing up.
Joyful.
They’d be amazing at a festival like Glastonbury.
What an awesome band. They sound better than ever! Please dont ever let this music fade away!
I agree! I am playing this song with my cover band!
Its part of our generation. Our heritage. Our life and soul. When we go....it goes with us.
One of the BEST bands ever!!!!!!
I've enjoyed this song for decades. Always enjoyed the Doobie Brothers.
We are so lucky some good old bands of the seventies and eighties keep going in these turbulent times ! Keep safe Doobies !
The Doobie Brothers are not just a good old band, but seriously great musicians who work hard at their craft to keep the music alive.
Never EVER get tired of listening to this song
All of a sudden, ITS 1972 AGAIN..!! What a life that was.
Indeed it was!!
Want to have the best time? Go to a Doobie Bros. Concert, you'll dance, smile rock & roll & just all around feel happy the whole show and for days afterward. Thanks guys! See you around!
Hello 👋 Debbie. How are you doing? Hope you are fine. I'm Mark Clifford and am from Denver Colorado, where are you from? You seem like a real country girl
My brother in law's favorite song is China Grove, he's disabled and can't play it himself. He has me play it over and over when I visit him lol.
And I don't mind doing it because I love that song too lol.
I couldn't agree more about what our youth is missing out on
These guys are American Rock n Roll, play it, sing it, awesome. Was sitting outside at a restaurant several, several years ago in Baltimore on the water, and THE DOOBIE BROTHERS were in the amphitheater across the water singing this song and it was like being on the stage with them. Will never forget my good fortune that night. Awesome BAND!
I love Tom’s voice.😍
Hello Darlene
My parents had one of those station wagons with fake wood paneling on the side, we would go camping everywhere and the brothers of the Doobie would somehow be there with us too, happy times. Peace and love to you.
The real music ever, greetings from Chile 2021....i love it
Each song a masterpiece. They take me back to a wonderful place and time. You guys rock!!
LIFE SWEET FREEDOM 🎯😉🌟💯💯😎🦉👁️✌️😎🎯

One of the rock anthems which could never be reached again in their greatness.
Thank you for your music The Doobie Brothers!!🥰
So freaking cool to see these guys still performing and the old guys, just like me, singing and dancing in the crowds. Still love these guys, still after 50 years of "listening to the music", their music! Bravo!!!

Awesome song! Takes me back to my high school years 1976-79
Dance our blues away. The Doobie Brothers always lift my spirits with superb talent and pure joy.
one of the best songs of the 70s c'mon...!
This is one of The All-time Greatest Bands ever to be Assembled. I wonder exactly how full the stage would be with Every Doobie Brothers Member that has ever performed with the Band !!!! I Believe That The Doobie Brother's has the most Members, past and present to have Performed for One Bsnd.
That happened in 1987,in a series of benefit concerts, clips you can find on UA-cam.
This never gets old! Been listening to the Doobies since their inception in 1970!
I live a couple blocks away from the beacon theatre,,I like going outside the stage door and listen to the bands play,u can hear them very clear
Now that is Music.
Listen to the Doobies, for all these years, is about the best as breathing oxygen❤️❤️❤️
I grew up in the S.F. Bay area during the 70,s I grew up with the Doobie Brothers. and have saw them live at least 20 times with everyone of the musicians past & present. There music rocks & you just have a constant smile on your face. I listen to there music all the time & just saw them at a private party at the Coeur d' Alene Resort in N. Idaho Your music will live on for ever. Thank all of you for the fun I have at all your venues. They rocked in the early days of Day on the Greens in the Oakland Coliseum. Was so glad to see you inducted into the Music Hall Of Fame. Rick J. Dalton Gardens, Idaho
Bands like this are very rare nowadays. Would love to see these guys live. Awesome talent throughout...
Fantastic. This is how a rock band should age. Superb sound on this.
These were the best of days
I have never seen the point of having two drummers, a drummer and a percussionist is a lot more logical. DB always such a great band.
I LOVE the Doobie Brothers!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤❤❤
Hi Deborah
The sound guy at that venue (or the one the Doobies brought with them) really delivered an excellent mix...warm, articulate, and sophisticated.
