500 skipping per day and sometimes 700 or 1000. I in 5months I loose 11kg I was 91kg now 79.8kg no extra workout only skipping now I can jump even 2000 easily
A running challenge would be good to see. I found running hard but even more rewarding especially when you're doing cardio outside in fresh air and seeing new things instead of being stuck inside. Keep up with the calisthenics progress though!
This is inspiring 🤩. I will join this challenge. In addition to that, tuck in your arms when you’re skipping. The technique is using the wrist to spin the rope over and under, not your arms. When you use your arms you waste energy and makes you more exhausted. And also you don’t have to jump high, just enough to get the rope under you. 🤩 this is awesome! 👏
Girl! I love your personality! You got a new subscriber. ☺️ I just started my jump rope journey for weight loss. 😊 Gonna be doing 500 skips for the whole of June. I’m currently 160 pounds, 5’3 See you at the end of June! 😊
Props for doing this. I started jumping rope about a month ago and have improved quite a bit. I checked out others who have the technique figured out and adjusted my own. One thing I observed was that your rope is too long and your arms too high up and too far away from your body. Keep them close to your hip and rotate the rope with movement from your wrists. The rope should not touch the floor at all, or only very lightly. Shorten your rope and try again, it'll become much easier :) *Typing this 1/3rd through the video
When I started Jumping rope, I was Out of breath very quickly and Had to Take many Breaks for probably more than half the total time I spent skipping rope + resting. After the Second day my feet Hurt (I have pretty bad feet), so I took a break on day three and opted for better cushined shoes the following day + jumping on a tick yoga mat to soften the bounces. I didn't really experience sore calves - perhaps because I've been doing 10k steps a day for years at this point
Hey i feel you are landing little hard on your toes,,it will cause swelling in you bursitis when you will do 1000 or more,,, don't take rest on chair(not good for stamina,,, you will loose breadth in small set,,, try to stay on feet during rest) ,,, and you are looking on the floor sometimes,,,try to look horizontal or little up( very little) Please wear shoes,,you look beautiful I don't want you to get hurt❤!
Thank you so much for this advice!! I really appreciate it and yes I think as the week progressed I managed to land a little lighter on the ground. But for next time I should probably wear shoes yes😅
Not really. The act of moving the rope to sync with your jump needs coordination. That makes the difference. It sure is better than not doing it at all.
I thought the point of skipping was to increase your heart rate and go fast👀😅 1 hour worth of skipping a day would probably be better but I think I would die doing that😭
Amazing
Thank you!!🤍

Sorry to say but your technique of skipping rope is wrong . But u are very hardworking, deticated well done
And technique and step।are wrong
If i do 500 jumps without the rope is it okay

Im pretty sure its the same thing, just make sure to hold onto something thats like 400g on both hands and imagine that as your jumping rope
😎
😎👏🏽
Go slow you are just exhausting yourself if you had aimed for 1 hour it would be right but you are just counting skips so slow your pace❤
