This is so authentic. She didn't do it through a crash diet that only lasted a few weeks. She committed for months and incorporated it in her lifestyle. I'm so proud and happy for you!
Almost a week into my journey, and I already feel a huge difference. I haven’t been craving junk food either. Working out speeds up the process, but it all comes down to diet. And consuming less calories. Intermittent fasting + exercising + caloric deficit, you’ll shed pounds like crazy. You got this everyone. I got this too ☺️❤️
@@utpalashrestha1271 if you feel like fainting then you're probably not eating enough. track your calories and you should be eating around 1500-1800 calories as a deficit while exercising. also eating low-calorie dense foods could help too.
This weight lost didn’t just come from strength training. Don’t get me wrong, she looks really good. Her nutrition needs to be on point too. I would love to see how she is eating.
Your body was just fine and beautiful at the start. It’s sad that you thought it needed to change. Well done for doing it slowly. I hope you’re eating properly and fueling your body for normal growth and healthiness. You need to know when to stop.
hello god loves you!! I invite you to be able to accept God in your heart in case you have not done so, accepting him in your heart as your only personal savior, being able to humiliate ourselves before him, always seeking to be responsible with him (doing things well in him, following him, keep his word in our hearts putting into action his laws, commandments in our lives, remain in God, seek personal salvation in him, etc.) God bless you!!🥰
all too often we give up too quickly because of our impatience. what's important is we don't focus on the end goal but creating consistent daily habits, and slowly but surely we'll get there. remember: slow progress isn't failure, giving up is ✨
I love that the emphasis is on resistance training, getting strong, and losing FAT, and less on decreasing the number on the scale. You already are at a normal weight, but you're also building muscles! I am inspired!
I want people to know that having that narrow of a ribcage all comes down to genetics and you can have literally no belly fat but if your ribs are naturally wider apart it can't get that narrow. Work hard but only strive for strength, not to look like someone else. very motivating video though! thank you :)
The important thing is that you are healthy and happy with your body. Just know though, there was nothing wrong with your body to begin with and beauty comes in all different shapes and sizes. You don't have to be skinny to be beautiful.
This made me happy to see that she chose to workout instead of starving herself because many choose quick weight loss instead of actually trying to improve their lifestyle. Congratulations, amazing job!!
@@mariee.3220 right? besides, anorexia is much more complex than body image alone, it comes with a lot of mental illnesses, insecurities, traumas, etc...
The best part is that there was no mention of body weight at any point, only the visible changes were showcased. Also, I really appreciate the way they showed how much time the changes took to actually start showing.
I hope people realize now how "easy" getting abs is. It isn't easy, but as she said you don't need to worry about delay, but about stoping. So if you're willing to make changes I'm rooting for you to never stop :> im trying myself too
she didn't get a delay though, she got really good results in only one month, and she already had a defined waist before. I still can't get rid of my boxy waist after over a month of working out :( (her body at 1:34 is my goal)
@@katharch9394 well the reason for that might just be your anatomy. my waist isnt that visible either and my ribcage is big so im pretty sure no matter what i do i wont have a tiny waist ^^ but to make an illusion do work on you back and get it a little bit wider, also your hips and glutes in general. once your form is better and the back is straight, everything will come together ^^ im working on it too!
This is why it’s important not to give up. It takes time. I am almost 100 pounds down and I am starting to see my abs for the first time as an adult. It’s really weird because that last time I saw them I was like 7. 😆 I am vlogging my journey too. I have 15 pounds to go before I reach maintenance. Then I am switching over to mostly weight training. This was so inspiring… 🙏🏼
I'm crying watching this and people's encouragement in the comment section. I have been working out before this, and at one point, continuously for 2 months, and failed a lot of times afterwards because I stopped my progress halfway. Now I'm getting heavier than I ever was, and I swear this happened more than couple of times. Thank you for making this video. It is such a great inspiration. Consistency is the key. I will try and work my way up there again, feel beautiful and healthy.
i believe that you were following a diet that you would not be able to follow for a long term basis. Make sure to follow a diet without sacrificing a lot and make sure to have cheat days in between to push and motivate yourself!
is happening the same to me, and i find for some reason so difficult to start eating healthy and doing workout again. that makes me so sad and disappointed with myself :(
Each person's body is diffrent kinda have to work on your style I combine dance workout, HIIT, Yoga and try tk maintane my daily routine. I have no food restrictions because I get more tempted by stopping myself. Hope you find your way around if it doesn't work accept is some people's body is like that just focus on health not weight or fat.
She was trying to do something from women body to what something? She needed just remove fat from stomac ,not from othes parts of her body,it is not looking healthy, after her gymnastics, poor girl,впрочем уже похоже на boy.
Doesn't look very healthy to me. She was definitely on a high deficit diet while exercising. It produces results but very unhealthy since it leads to Muscle loss as well.
This is was more motivational than watching people eat a spoon of food a day. Also i like how the video took months to film. Idk but this might be my favorite that I've seen by far, because its showing women and little girls that you dont need to starve yourself to be skinny, and that patience and the will to keep going on is what's really gonna give you the body you want. 👏
I dont think sport alone does this or that everybody can reach her goal . Her waist got very slim. But a lot of people gain more easily muscle mass there. She gained a lot of muscle mass on her shoulders. But that can also reduce your flecibility and mobility. Every skeleton is a bit diffrent and for some people losing weight by eating less is a better option than gaining lots of muscle mass on your shoulders.
The blood, sweat and tears behind all of these. That's why I will never discourage my friends whenever they want to lose weight or start working out. I will never say "why are you working out? You look good already" but instead I will say "you can do it! It's fun to have a healthier body for the sake of better health". Be compassionate, everyone is going through different type of battles. If what they're doing is positive, I hope people around can keep encouraging them ❣️ to you the owner of this video, you've done so well! Proud of you 💕
working out is good for the mind and the emotional life not just the body. There's no reason not to do it - you'll feel terrible all the time if you have no vigorous exercise in your life
The hardest thing for me is that I struggle with the urge to over restrict and over exercise after having an eating disorder for a very long time. This is an authentic reminder that I can lose weight in a healthy way without harming my body. Thank you❤
Don’t obsess over the results, that’ll just mentally bring you down and give up!! Make exercise something you would do to let out your anger over life, this worked for me and i’ve seen enormous difference
Love how you did upper-body strength training. A lot of women seem to be scared of lifting weights and only focus on legs, but it is part of a healthy exercise regime instead of just focusing on aesthetics. :-)
I always stopped when I didn't see progress after a month or two and lost motivation.. until i started reading a book and there was this part that goes like: Don't think of exercising and eating healthier as something you'll do for a while, and don't just wait for results, that way a month would feel like forever and you'll lose motivation... Just think of working out as a routine, add it to your daily life and give it enough time (as little as 10 minutes up to 2 hours (or more depending on your life goal)) Slowly you'll feel the difference physically, mentally, and emotionally and it might become your favorite part of a bad day... It worked for me for about a year until stuff happened, but I didn't lose motivation nor did i gain much weight again (I'm careful with what i eat), i still worked out frequently even if it was just for a few minutes. I'm convinced that as long as I'm moving, it's better than nothing! And I'm back on the tracks again ^^

@@satanlovesu yeah I feel like society expect so much when we we are trying to deal with so many things in our lives which can affect our body. I wish people would just accept others and educate themselves more.
I think that's probably because she wasn't really considered or seen as "fat". She has a "normal" body with a small chubby belly and that's all... She wasn't overweight or anything
Her waist was the most impressive thing I have ever seen. Its not just diet and shakes. Its actually weight bearing exercises to strengthen, tone, define and lengthen the muscles as well. As soon as one of our gyms open up again Im joining and dedicating 3 months every day to get myself slim and fit. Thank you very much.
It's good that her transformation motivates you, but honestly this type fo waist and the whole slimming process is related more to her genes than diet/workout. A lot of people that need to loss half the weight she lost could put twice the effort and not get even 1/3 the effect.
@@xingbairong lol yes, that's what I got. Honestly, I do maybe twice or thrice (?) of her efforts or maybe it's just my effort's not enough to burn my fat. I started exercising last week but I got impatient and stopped 2 days cause I feel like it's really not effective. But seeing your progress wc took months and lots of efforts, I think I should be doing the same if I want to slim down and be healthy. Thank you for sharing your journey. This gives me motivation.
Hi Ria, I have started 3 weeks ago and still not much noticeable progress but I definitely feel stronger when I’m at the gym so don’t give up & keep going. its insane how much a body type being ''chubby, normal or slim'' can differ per culture. becaus het cubby would be considered quite normal in my country, het normal would be considered slim and her slim would be considered very skinny where im from! But its great motivation and an incredible transformation! I would like to know more about the diet she followed because ive been working out and i have seen a bit of a change but not all that much yet even tho it has been two months
I agree. In my country her idea of chubby is the same for us. Her terms of chubby, slim, and normal are the same where I am. I'm trying to go from chubby to slim by going vegan and eating 3 small meals of carbs, protein and veggies. Don't eat after 7. Drink lots of water and drink hot tea in the morning before meals.
This is so inspirational. I've always had the "opposite" problem, I'm very thin and it's hard for me to gain muscle. I was working out consistently until a few months ago but then my life simply got so busy and difficult to deal with that I got overwhelmed and slowly stopped. This makes me feel like I should start again. I want to feel strong and I know I should not be impatient because it takes a while for me to gain muscle. Thank you for this video!
This was so motivating! Exactly what I needed after indulging in a cheat meal & feeling like shit after gaining a couple of pounds. Thank you! Will keep going! 💕🌸
You could tell that she’s always had a small waist even when she was chubby. You definitely motivated me. I’ve been struggling with weightloss for years now but I started my journey again. This time with intermittent fasting (16:8) and 30 minute walks 4 days a week and then intensive cardio exercises 2 days a week. I hope I stay consistent now!! Fingers crossed!!!

@@kenishiagreen If they're breastfeeding, it's kind of discouraged to do keto because producing breastmilk requires sugar and having a keto diet might cause them having dangerously low levels of blood sugar. @Julianna Versola don't be too hard on yourself. Having a baby is difficult and the sudden change in lifestyle is brutal so there's no need to be extra hard on yourself if you're not losing weight as fast you would have wanted. Are you breastfeeding? I didn’t lose any baby weight for the first 9 months, even though I was eating good and exercising. Then after the 9 month mark when she started eating more solid foods it started to come off all at once. I lost 15 pounds in less then 6 weeks by doing absolutely nothing differently. All body’s are different after pregnancy, sometimes it just takes time ♥️
Try not to focus too much on the number on scale. Cause you might be losing fats but gaining muscles (which is good) at the same time and thus the weight appear the same or more. Just continue doing it.
I'm where you were from the start, and seeing this has really given me the motivation to put in the work to lose weight. I don't know you, but I'm happy that you've come this far in your fitness journey and I'm thankful that you have inspired me to change, keep up the amazing work!
Slow and steady weightloss is the healthy way to go. When you give yourself the time to create healthier habits and routines you are more likely going to stick with it. @@riekim6317 Don’t avoid highly palatable foods, it’s not sustainable in the long run. The trick is to implement substitutions, which is what fitness youtubers like Will Tennyson, Greg Doucette, Remington James, Flexible Dieting Lifestyle, Exercise4CheatMeals etc promote, even Chloe Ting has some low calorie delicious recipes. You can have really nice foods (french toasts, pancakes, ice cream, brownies etc) all the time, the trick is to make them lower in calorie, higher in protein, but not sacrifice taste with smart substitutions. In the end, diets only matter if they are sustainable, unfortunately, alot of fitness channels perpetuate this notion that you’ve to restrict yourself so badly which encourages yoyo dieting.

Crazy beauty standard, especially in Asia where they don't like women with sexy curves.

The most important thing is that you are healthy and feel confident about your body, but just know there was nothing wrong with the way you looked before. Beauty comes in all different shapes and sizes and you don't have to be skinny to be beautiful. Being healthy is the most important thing and it is great that you started exercising.
@@purva9994 it's not true. Like I do get the wierd stares because of being chubby but one shouldn't be sad or guilty about it as indeed one should reduce weight but for fitness purposes and not to look beautiful
Being fat is not healthy, people have to get that in their minds already. Be whatever you want to be but don't believe the lie that if you are happy being fat your healthy.
I love that you built muscle rather than just losing fat. It's also nice that you took videos in the same place & outfit each time for consistency and that you share that the progress seemed slow. Real life is not like a montage, so it's important to keep up our motivation!!!
Hi ma'am, your video randomly got in my recommendation. I never thought that after watching this, I'll become more motivated and committed to my weight loss journey. I have the same body as you (during your before) and my goal is to be fit like that. I am turning 18, and often gets discouraged by those whom I thought would motivate me- my parents. I kept getting compared to my slim mother, saying that I looked older than her and indeed, she looks youthful. They probably thought that I'll be motivated by saying those to me, but they're wrong. 3 weeks ago, I've been tryna change my lifestyle and was on the verge of giving up today because I haven't changed though I applied the diet to my meals too (more veggies now and less carbs). But upon watching this vlog, I've been inspired. Like genuinely. Someday, I wanna be proud like this. Your vlog is amazing and I'm happy for you ma'am!
There's nothing wrong with the body on the left. That body is NOT "obese." Personally, I think the body on the right looks like a concentration camp victim. If I had been happy looking like the body in the middle back when I was your age instead of letting parents and family and models in magazines (20 lbs medically underweight 6 ft tall models in magazines) tell me I was "fat," I would never have started the diet-hunger-anger-binge cycle wayyyy back when and I probably wouldn't weigh 240 lbs now. Be careful, this shit can backfire on you. The more you hate yourself and call yourself "fat" now, THE FATTER YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET. Appreciate yourself.
@@a.nonymous2089 oh, point taken. But I don't really hate myself for this. I'm actually doing this as a gift for myself since I experienced several health complications due to my weight. I was just expressing my disappointment upon how I get discouraged by the people whom I thought would've been the ones who'll support me on my journey and how I was inspired to keep going because I saw this video. If you're concerned about me overdoing such things like not eating or anything, then mind you that I am not. I still eat three times a day, just more balanced meals and I've stopped eating ice cream or anything sweet (like chocolates) and some sort. I do get that each of us has a different story to tell regarding this matter, but I was only stating mine. The point is, I'm just happy to see that I'm not the only one going through this long term journey which motivates me a lot. And oh, it's been a month since I left this comment and I'm proud to say that I've made progress pretty much since then. I'm not trying to fit in on what society had for standards, but rather, I am doing myself a favor which isn't that bad since I'll take a lot of lessons from doing so. The important thing is that you are healthy and happy with your body. Just know though, there was nothing wrong with your body to begin with and beauty comes in all different shapes and sizes. You don't have to be skinny to be beautiful.

I agree!💪 Weight training is the real way to stay slim _and_ more importantly, healthy
I dont think sport alone does this or that everybody can reach her goal
If what they're doing is positive, I hope people around can keep encouraging them ❣️

I always stopped when I didn't see progress after a month or two and lost motivation.. until i started reading a book and there was this part that goes like: Don't think of exercising and eating healthier as something you'll do for a while, and don't just wait for results, that way a month would feel like forever and you'll lose motivation... Just think of working out as a routine, add it to your daily life and give it enough time (as little as 10 minutes up to 2 hours (or more depending on your life goal))
Slowly you'll feel the difference physically, mentally, and emotionally and it might become your favorite part of a bad day...
Everything depends on your eating habbit..... without controlling food intake results cannot be achieved.....!!!

I've recently started running again after years of not being very active, and I keep getting discouraged and wanting to quit. This is so motivating to see what sticking with an exercise routine can do!! Thank you for sharing! ❤️
You can do it 🙂
Does running help lose weight? If so, how long do you run in a day for loosing weight?
@@atin4353 im curious about it too... i run just to get vitamin d but I've never thought of it as a weight loss thing
Exercising or not - you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat.
@@eh5102 it’s pretty obvious running a form of cardio can help lose weight

Yes but genetic has a huge part on that
seems like that was her body type regardless, even when she had more weight she just had that shape.
@@ant_whi Indeed. You can't change bone structure, you can just improve and reduce fat. Following these beauty standard is unhealthy. Fitness shouldn't be reaching a certain type of body shape, "hourglass". And this girl looked definitely healthier in the second pic, rather than the third. But I understand why she did it. Crazy beauty standard, especially in Asia where they don't like women with sexy curves.
Lemme tell y'all a thing that touched me, "If u r starting to see a change on day one, u ain't going to get what you want....but success is EXPONENTIAL...more u stay on track, exponentially the changes grow tremendously"
And I can't agree enough
the amount of confidence to take progress pics starting from the beginning and posting it is often overlooked, insane progress
That’s the norm for anyone on a weight loss journey… a girl taking progress photo should be seen as a normal thing like their male counterparts who also does this as well.
I'm so proud of your progress! Let's appreciate the fact that she is brave enough to share it with us.
Your body is incredible now. So much respect for you girl 💋
Yeah It's true
The most important thing is that you are healthy and feel confident about your body, but just know there was nothing wrong with the way you looked before. Beauty comes in all different shapes and sizes and you don't have to be skinny to be beautiful. Being healthy is the most important thing and it is great that you started exercising.
♥️♥️♥️
This theory doesn't really work in real life until you receive weird stares of people at you
@@purva9994 it's not true. Like I do get the wierd stares because of being chubby but one shouldn't be sad or guilty about it as indeed one should reduce weight but for fitness purposes and not to look beautiful
Cliche

I just want a healthy change, that's all. And this is how I love myself.
@@fukuro2751 Glad to hear it. Back when I was a teen I got boobs and a butt, and instantly the chants began: "FAT, FAT, FAT." And here came the starve/hunger/binge cycle, trying to make my body look a way it was never, EVER going to look. If I had been happy with myself at 125 lbs I surely would not weigh 240 lbs today.
@@a.nonymous2089 sorry but "learning to love" crap is what fat lazy people say to make themselves feel better about not exercising and eating junk food. You can learn to love yourself all you want, but guess what? Your body will hate you when you start getting diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, liver problems, cancers, etc.
Hey listen up. Veggies are also basically carbs. Try a keto diet along with exercise. Ita what im doing and iv lost weight ♥️ GL on your journey and stay motivated 💕
First, your starting point would be a FABULOUS goal for me. I aspire to be healthy & fit like your “before” stage.
Second, respect to you for setting your personal goals & working hard for them. You clearly put in the time, effort, dedication, & discipline. Excellent job, kudos to you!
Congratulations! You reached your goals! Very inspirational, thank you for sharing.
I'm 50 kg on my first day (my goal is 42 kg and doing exercise regularly) and I'm starting to diet for 3 days now (also do some exercise for 1.30 - 2.30 hours) Today I lose 1 kg! I'm really proud of myself. I usually give up on my first day and now that I see your process, I feel like I want to achieve that goal even more. Thank you for inspiration! I'll try harder! 😊❤
More power to you. I hope you reach your goal 💞
@@solacedawn8773 tysm 🥺🙏
Remember weight loss is slow and weight can be misguiding. 1kg a day is unrealistic and its probably more to do with losing water weight.
I recommend taking measurements since as you move along and gain muscle your weight is gonna go down even slower but you are still loosing fat
42kg is probably not a healthy goal

Can you show us your complete (legs, full body, arms, abs etc) routines pls you’ve motivated me after I lost fate

i want to know which diet should i follow....

“Don’t worry about the delay, worry about stopping”. I like that ☺
And here I'm, admiring how beautiful her body is, from the start of her journey.
I get how we can feel insecure about the lil flaws we have. I did, too. But rn, I cannot explain how beautiful I find myself and the people around me.
I currently have the same body type you did at the beginning, and I've been looking for someone with a similar body type so that I can find a workout or diet to help me become slimmer. Thank you for being so raw and open about it and letting people like me, who have given up because of the slow and lengthy process, know that there's always hope. :)))

Food is the most powerful medicine! Moving from the ideal of being thin equals beautiful to healthiness’ beautiful. I think considering that everyone is a very different beauty, in terms of weight, in terms of size, look. I’ve noticed that women are getting skinny thinner and thinner. There’s also so much information about different diets, and overwhelming and confusing… Its good aware of a good diet is to inspire women to make changes to their diet and also their lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep based on hormone, health, longevity, beauty as well as skin in the future.
