Acchhyyually... It's an old nordic name and pretty common around here. It means "live" (as in where you live) in modern Swedish and "settled" in old norse (bofast). Most people named Bo today are a bit older and are usually nicknamed "Bosse". It's gaining more track again recently though. It's also pretty commonly used in double-names (Bo-Göran and Bo-Gunnar for instance).

I was at this show. Bo shit on the doorman pretty much the whole time, it was great.
So videos like this one tell me that with humor, there's this unseen factor, this charisma effect. Many people, if they saw those jokes just written down, would take offense and wouldn't find them funny. And here we have a crowd rolling with laughter as the guy just roasts people. I'm guessing there's some form of crowd dynamic at work and also, the guy's vibe is right? Confident but not arrogant, kind of cheeky but not exactly dickish? I don't know. But if someone else had tried to make those exact same jokes, the crowd might have booed them off the stage.
