Nah I don't think so. He was obviously kinda pissed. You can hear it when he sings faster and he just slurs the words. And plays the piano carelessly like he wasn't into it. He didn't even finish the song. If you doubt it there's an entire 7-minute video of him shooting down hecklers and saying stuff like, "No. No. You don't -- I assure you I know it better than you do." Later on though he had a sense of humor about how he comes off and once opened a show like, "Welcome to the show, it's called 'If You Sing Along I'll Fucking Kill You.' "
+PaulinaNikolasa Bo did an AMA a few years back and said something along the lines of "I don't care if you sing along, but I'll still yell at you." So I'm pretty sure he just acts more pissed for the sake of comedy and I believe he said something like that in the AMA too. And every live version of "Oh Bo" I've heard ends the same way, just like it does here.
I think he probably enjoyed when the crowd sung parts where he wanted them to sing, but other than that he just turns into another song artist.

When he first started getting big, his show came out on Netflix (2011ish) and he paused for the audience in "Oh Bo" just like he does here, for SING-ALONG purposes. (Of course back then basically no one chimed in or knew the song... i'm so happy to see that he's sooo much more well-known now, not a damn person failed to sing along at the break in this particular performance)....So yeah. Highly doubtful. If you heard him say that himself, I can 100% guarantee you it was just part of the bit.
If you listen, in this performance, the crowd is singing along with him the ENTIRE TIME. Not just during the Oh Bo parts. I'm pretty sure that's what they were talking about.
