I been suffering from Neck and Shoulder pain for 8 years now and this is the BEST Stretch I ever did! Because this actually targets my pain in the trapezius, almost every other stretch I tried out was horrible! Thank you for this beautiful video!!!!!

Hey Joelle, what are good exercises to strengthen the trapezius muscle. I get a lot of pain in my back muscles when I use my arms a lot.

Great job Terri! This routine is definitely a great place to start, but if you're looking for a little additional strength, I'd suggest working towards push-ups. You can begin with just scapula push-ups at first (on hands and knees, just sinking the chest up and down without bending the arms), then progressively move to modified push-ups on your knees, and perhaps eventually in a plank position. I hope that helps! 🍀
