So far the best house with a reasonable price i have seen so far. $270k. Very cool and nice neighborhood. I can’t buy this, i will see the developer for his plan and build the same on my land. Congrats to the buyer🎉🎉🎉

Plus, she might not erect the exact 100% carbon copy of what’s being shown -chances are there’ll be tweaks here & there to cut down unnecessary costs!

Impressive. All round on point. Only drawback is the owner's balcony that is blocked by a wall, zero view! Minus this default it's a magnificent house at a reasonable price.

@DOEmedia exactly it’s a nice deign house but the lack of greenery doesn’t make it look homey. Why have artificial grass and plants aaaba , when the real ones are abundant in Ghana.
And the whole glass glass everywhere makes it too stiff and dangerous for a home.

I love that there are no ugly bars on the windows disrupting the views. The stones are nice but not in the hallway. I want stones around my concrete tub in my master bathroom.

This house looks absolutely fabulous. I am really impressed by the Big Windows and the simple tile finish. The doors also look very solid..
I am not impressed by the placement of the staircase entrance, which looks like it is too close to the wall. Also, I did not see the dining area either. For security purposes, the building could have a maximum of two entrances. Three entrances look too many, in my opinion.
Despite these minor points, the property overall is quite impressive..

That's a beautiful house 🏠 with a reasonable price. However, the only drawback is that the master bedroom is not well situated at all; it should've faced the street. Therefore, my bid is 200K

Impressive house. I like how the main entrance sits on steps. I see outside is tiled but Where's the drainage? Any consideration about flood issues? Does it cost more to plant trees and real carpet grass than tiling the whole of the outside space?
Hmnmm. Unfortunately most Ghanaians don't know about the benefits of planting trees in a house. So they don't intentionally including it in the planning of the house 🏠
@@poestarbory966 It's really frustrating to see this trend of tiling or cementing outside spaces with no thoughts to tree planting (and I don't mean small flower plants). We need more trees, fruit trees or shading trees not never-ending concrete jungles. And we complain of our homes being flooded!! We're going to suffer the most with global warming if we continue like that. Maybe we should start a social campaign against homes with no trees
@@ata1437 Yess oo. We really really need to run a campaign on the importance of tree planting in our homes, especially.
Most especially with the children because they will suffer the most if we don't do anything about this negative trend.
@@ata1437 most Ghanaians in diaspora chose not to plant any greens or trees cos there is no one to maintain them when they're out the country 75% of the time. Maybe someone can start a trust worthy business service maintaining house plants or trees for unoccupied homes or when owners are outside the country. Grooming it watering it weekly
@@simp1eone Surely by not planting trees or greenery, they would be contributing to the dust that engulfs their property. The dust that would likely deface the exterior painting, their cars parked outside or in garages, dust somehow getting inside the property. In addition, the same dust that cause respiratory illnesses. Not planting trees or real carpet grass is a false economy. There are businesses dealing in garden maintenance companies in Ghana.

but the surroundings though oh my, the house is lovely but its straight up a hard pass, hows the trash collected by the way cos it seems to be no urban planning over there.

Hmmmm....is nice concept,different from what you have being showing, but I don't care about the stones in the house and the glass balustrade...... too much glass or plastic...... whatever. Why not nice wooden staircase......Ghana has timber..... think about it.

They’re probably not going to answer but if u know any good architect just show him the video he can sketch the plan for you and give u dimensions based on your land size. I myself with no skill was able to sketch a rudimentary plan of it.

I will never purchase a house without seeing the finish work before the painting. Just take a look at the uncompleted house on the right. Not all the blocks have been layered with cement. Now that’s the type of house that will break down on you. SMH pure wickedness
